National ESPN radio yes. Local? May not be great, but still better than WSCR. They will have Oakley on in 30 minutes. For all that Bernstein pushes in his favor, he can't even grab him as a guest.

yet they are winning in the ratings and have more listeners there. Perhaps they just don't say idiotic things that lead to multipage threads.

Julie DiCaro is awful yet she has the longest running thread on this board.

Both shows that are losing on The Score are 2 months old. I wouldn't declare it over yet.

B&B beat them a majority of the time.

As we have gone over in another thread, the elements that made B&B must listen to are gone.

It is not the fun experience it once was.

Bernstein will eat week old pizza. That's unacceptable.

In my mind a thicker pizza will outlast a thin crust but a week is pushing that rule to the limit. Thin crust left over after more than 3 days
is pretty gross, at least most of the pizza I order or eat.

2.5 days cold. 3.5 days if you heat it up in the oven.

What time is he supposed to be on? Sometimes I just can't take Silvy's voice and this is one of those days, but I'll at least tune in for the Oakley interview.

Brothers don't reheat leftovers. You make enough to eat that night and make your ass something else tomorrow.

Jason sounds more privileged than Dan with his stance on leftovers and cold pizza.

To whoever that guy was that questioned my "show is informative" comment here is your proof I was right.

My deal with leftovers including pizza is a one day limit. Garbage cans have a purpose.

No reason you can't keep most food for a week if you seal it well. That's like the whole idea of making baked ziti, that you eat it for dinner and then save half the pan for other nights.

Reheated pizza is super-gross.

You know dude, I like the cut of your jib and all but you still got a lot to learn about this place, including (but not limited to)

1) we are not the "average" or "casual" sports talk radio listeners here.

And

2) just because we talk about someone doesn't mean we like them, au contraire = it's more likely that the ppl we talk about the most = we wanna bitch about em.

And therefore

3) if we DON'T talk about you at all and we don't like your show, well refer to the phrase "there is no such thing as bad publicity" and remember:. They're not even getting the hate-listeners like you can just imagine Paul giamatti's face in [Howard Stern's] Private Parts.

yeah, the mouse ain't even getting that from us, so [infer away]

Im not biased in any way and I probably respect Bernstein most of all involved but S+W is a more entertaining show, imo.

And that's saying something because Im a guy that likes them to stray from just sports so B and G have an inherent advantage with me.

This is oversimplified but Goff needs to chill. I dont know if he's over caffinated or if he just acted different on the night time Score shifts from the early days but he's at like a 9, I think hes best calibrated at a 5-6 range.

Seems like every time I turn it on Goff is over laughing or yelling (jokingky, not angry)

Waddle is almost completely useless but Silvy and the producers who pipe in are good.

i was in college and walked into the dorm room across the way. a guy was watching tv and i looked over out of his view and saw a pizza box on the counter. i opened it saw a few slices grabbed one and sat down to also watch tv. after a few minutes he looks over and goes, where did you get that pizza? i pointed to the box and he was like, thats been sitting there for 4 days. i shrugged. yes i finished it off.

This is an undeniable fact.

You eat pizza once warm - when it's new; after that, cold's where it's at.

Reheat pizza in an oven or toaster.

Yep.

The same can be said for reheating anything. I rarely use my microwave.
