I love when Dan does the Slow Emphatic Important Voice to say obvious shit.

"I Want The Bears To Be Good."

Very profound stuff Bernsie.

Hadn't really thought about it, but the Bears are the only team that hasn't won a title since the Score started. He's probably thinking of the halo effect a good/great Bears team would have on his paycheck.

This is the intellectual heft I demand from the guy who got suspended from his job for posting "I like boobs" on Twitter.

It wasn't fake. I don't think that kind of stuff should be discussed in such glowing terms on airwaves owned by the public. It's a broadcast license, not a deed.

One of my guys packed some brownies for a trip to Indy last year. You could smell it through the packaging. He ate a half one, and about an hour later at a club he complained that he couldn't feel his entire left side. Left the club early and took an Uber back to the hotel. No way in hell I was messing with them after that.

Why would you see speaking fondly of one controlled substance different than speaking fondly of the other?

One's deadly, one's pretty fun to use and not more unhealthy than alcohol or fast food. Shirley you see the difference.

Except alcohol and fast food aren't controlled substances.

Yeah, kinda. It's the same level of "outrage" often attributed to the left.

I don't care about their effects, I care about their categorization as controlled substances, and whether speaking of consumption or desire to consume such substances should be allowed or otherwise rewarded on publicly-owned airwaves.

You weed degenerates get so defensive. SO?! IT'S NOT AS BAD AS MAINLINING ETHANOL!

I know it's not as bad, and it's probably healthier than booze, but the fact remains that it's a controlled substance, and it is probably better that hosts on a broadcast radio program on a medium licensed from the public and purportedly performed in the public interest, shouldn't be so gleefully talking about consuming controlled substances unlawfully.
