This is interesting to me on a legal level. The Cubs say they are investigating. I guess they would know the guys name if he's a season ticket holder and that's his seat. 1. He did nothing illegal. That sign isn't illegal. Actually, being a racist isn't illegal either. 2. If they question him and he claims he didn't know the meaning of the sign, what the hell can the Cubs do? 3. What if the Cubs find out his name and ask to question him and he says "Fuck You". They're not authorities. He's a private citizen. They can't go to his house and bust open the door. They can't water board him for answers. |
