Leila does not really know much more about sports than the hippo does, but she carries herself well and does not act like an insufferable bitc.h every day.

She’ll be moving on from the score within a year. She’s better in a scripted role anyway

i agree she isn't disagreeable, but she is a product of today's generation and she's let that come through at times.

i grew up in the same nation she did and i don't believe the TSA targets her for being iranian. she's also a quiet 'yes' when dan rants about racism. she likes using the 'boomer' term in her angry moments.

she's a member of the millennial generation - her ethnicity and sex make her a victim and her moral compass compels her to fight for the brutally oppressed in the usa. that's been fairly clear to me.

i don't need her to morph into her red-neck male voice and call men my age, boomers, when talking about bernstein (dan, not leonard) orchestrated issues she firmly believes she has moral/intellectual authority.

i appreciate her experience and knowledge, i don't have to agree with her social takes.

that's fine..

but, i'm also a gen-Xer and i don't buy the social narrative of what she's selling.

Why in gods name would you even listen to those two though?

Sure, I'd like to hear a unique and/or thought provoking take, but that's getting more and more hard to find with everybody now of days. Good for her. This seems like a role she is much better suited for than a daily sports talk show. There is nothing I find disagreeable about Rahimi. It's just that her and Bernstein have a boring show.

that's the easy way out...could be some truth in that. i know many TSA employees. my belief is that leila is not targeted by the TSA because she is 'persian'. she has an aversion to 'iranian'. the TSA has many more important things to worry about than leila flying from here to texas.
