Did anyone hear the awkward transition this morning from Grote/Harris to Holmes/Rahimi? It sounded like Laurence either laying out his resume for afternoon drive or being butthurt for not being considered. He even whined to Grote/Harris that "it's good to hear someone say I'm good at radio ." It sounded very whiney and self serving to me but I would be interested in the opinions of others who may have heard it. |

Grote triggered Larry to go off into psychotic ramblings praising himself. |

I just listened to it. I took it as a shot at Bernsie. I think Larry has had some real irritations with him over the last year. He has taken several veiled shots at him. I think Larry hates being seen as the 2nd banana on the show. And he is probably upset that Parkins is better than him and he has no shot at getting an afternoon show. |

There's something severely wrong with Larry. I'm serious. 1. I've never seen a media member compliment himself as much as Larry does. Forget media. I've never seen anybody in life do it like him. Like I've always said, Larry loves himself more then anybody in the world has loved anybody. Maybe a tie between him and Donald Trump now that I think about it. 2. Nobody else compliments him so he does it. And to beg for compliments like he does? I don't know how he doesn't think about it latter and feel embarrassed and ashamed. 3. Tall Midget called him a sociopath. That might be true. |

If Sir had any self realization he'd thank his creator and Mitch for that gift of middays and do everything in his power to keep that gig secured. Larry would be doing the night shift for life in a just world and he'd be remembered in another ten years like Eddie Schwartz or Dr. Mitch |

Yeah, he WISHES he could be remembered as well as Eddie Schwartz. He'd be remembered more like Nick Digilio or Nate Clay. He may be anyway. |
