Earlier today, Marshall and Leila criticized the federal government for taking down the federal websites that celebrated Navajo code talkers, Jackie Robinson, and Ira Hayes and then restoring those websites when there was a public outcry. Marshall and Leila said, “DEI is just equality of opportunity, and who could be against that?” But they don’t seem to be aware that DEI, and the E in particular, now primarily refers to equity of outcomes. Per Wikipedia, “More specifically, DEI usually also includes a focus on and allocating resources and "decision making authority to groups that have historically been disadvantaged", and taking "into consideration a person's unique circumstances, adjusting treatment accordingly so that the end result is equal.””

The end result, not just opportunity, is the E in DEI.

Lelia and Marshall are exactly what is wrong with DIE. If this was merit and performance based, neither of them would be on the radio. They both offer nothing.
