Something along the lines of how general managers discuss trades in baseball

I am going to be on the floor laughing all day if they play back some of the calls all the way through. Steak Dinner Boom!

Did he call Bernstein a dickhead in that call? Right after "you didn't let me finish"?

I kind of want George Offman to win "back to back" years. Cuz it was reported that he was very pissed last year. He was in a bad mood and real pissy in the days following the contest. So I have this image of George being all pissed right now that he's nominated again. If he wins, he'll call the Score and bitch. George is very proud and hates being ridiculed. He's very uppity.

But it's actually a tie with me. It's Joe from Evanston and Dan Hampton. I'll go with Hamp cuz while he was saying it he actually thought he was being smart and clever. That made it more funny...if you will.

I was listening to Hampton over the weekend and he said that the Ravens "beat Roethlisberger's ass into, into a state of dementia". I LOLed out loud while laughing.

Only because Steak Dinner Boom has taken on a life of it's own and is a stand alone statement, gotta be a winner!

I think Ellis Lankster has a speech impediment. I won't make fun of him for that...to his face.

My brother doesn't listen to B&B very often (when working, didn't have much of a chance during 2nd shift). He comments on the show only on rare occasions. He couldn't call me fast enough to make sure I had heard "Steak Dinner, Boom!" the minute it happened.

"SD,B" is hard-wired into that show's and our board's lexicon and probably will never die off completely. It should be an easy shoe-in for winner both places.

I'd continue prattling on, but I have to go to the reading room now for my afternoon workout. I have Bill Cosby's bit on the birth of his kid ("push 'em out, push 'em out, waaay out") for inspiration when necessary.

I have to go with Steak Dinner Boom. I even named a fantasy football team that in response to Chicago meatball fans' prime example.

I will...have to agree. The day they were making fun of Hamptons and Joniaks screw ups was one of the funniest shows of all time.
I don't think I heard the "Steak Dinner Boom" conversation when it happened, so without any context, I think that is the least funny of them all.
