What is Terry's routine? Wake up. Eat. Chill. Walk to basement. Make noises and jokes. Go upstairs to watch The Closer? |

Does he have any ailment that would prevent him from driving to the city every day. The guy isn't all that old. I don't know why they would give him old coot priveleges. |

It'll reach a point where they have to blow out all the old timers, and Bernsie will be the most tenured employee (and Hanley, but he wasn't doing radio full time from the early days of the Score). Considering the turnover in radio, especially from those making the big coin - I'm surprised Terry is still around. |

The thing is, Mitch has a stable of young talent now that is ready to take over for the guys who don't give a shit who are on the air from 9:00 to 6:00. Jason, Matty, Connor & Finfer are all ready & would make the station younger & fresh. Mitch is a take no risks, play it safe Manager though who is happy with the status quo. There are too many Chefs in the kitchen at the Score. |

Sports radio's audience is aging as younger fans rely on podcasts and blogs for sports analysis; they don't want to get younger. Look how well M&H do for the station. |

Yeah. I'm 25, and I can count on my hands the number of peers I know who listen to AM radio. |

If you listen to sports radio, you know the ads aren't geared to those under 40. Male enhancement is the number one product being hawked. |

Terry is one of the most genuinely funny people on the radio. The problem is, he isn't funny often enough to overcome the fact that he doesn't watch the sports he talks about. |

There are too many Chefs in the kitchen at the Score. With all due respect, you're an idiot. Your solution to an old man mailing it with nothing more than guttural noises and hair jokes is Finfer or McKnight? I'd rather hear Mike North chat about stereotypes of ethnic groups than hear any of these "young talent" dopes you speak of. The amount of sports knowledge or insight you get from either the old man or your alternative is, ironically, the same. |

I saw a new bar (at least to me) this weekend. Fritzy's in Edgewater. Yeah, it's been Fritzy's for awhile. It used to be Champions and one of the managers took it over. I did wonder if it was named for Konstantelos. That's close enough to his old stopming grounds. I thought he and Mikey used to frequent The Bubble over on Broadway. |

Mike used to take everyone to the Double Bubble. I don't know if Fritzy was a regular. |
