You hired a microwave repair man, AND you need a repair man to change out your garbage disposal? You no longer are allowed to carry your man card. Turn it and your balls in immediately after your shift. |

Although I'm sure his son will take a look at it and fix it in 10 minutes with pliers and some twine. |

Microwave breaks. You buy a new one. Repaired. |

Dr. Kenneth Noisewater wrote: Microwave breaks. You buy a new one. Repaired. Right. Microwaves aren't exactly some expensive luxuary item. It would probably be more expensive to have one repaired than it would be to buy a new one. |

Dr. Kenneth Noisewater wrote: Microwave breaks. You buy a new one. Repaired. Yeah....I mean, how much do they cost compared to having a "Microwave Repairman" come and fix it? How the fuck do you find a microwave repairman? I bet BernSTINE is the one that will pay 40 dollars for a mechanic to change a headlight bulb or replace an air filter. |

Who amongst the men here cannot change a tire? I find this to be a man card staple. |

This is a sensitive subject with me. I've never been "Handy Andy". A lot of guy's aren't. Mike North AND Mac have admitted to this in the past. I remember Mac once stating he's not a big "project" guy and doesn't understand guys who spend 2.5 hours on the weekend staining a door. I agree with Dan 100% on that one. |

My wife's motto: Why do it yourself when you can call someone? She also tells me "I don't want you to practice on our house". Hey, who am I to argue? |

Spaulding wrote: Bernstein is not manly for many reasons but this isn't one of them. You are wrong. No man should call a microwave repair man. That was pretty much the most ridiculous thing I think I might have ever heard. It's... just ridiculous. Really. I thought perhaps that was just him being a prissy fuck just you know for effect, or something, but hiring a guy here to do a 5 minute job under the sink is just frosting on a cake made of things that are not remotely manly. I mean he's hilarious, but jeebas is he... kinda girly. |

Hatchetman wrote: manly....fuck, I'll wear a fucking tutu to work if I made his cash. who the hell cares? Well shit. I don't really "care" per se. It does have an effect on one's credibility though, in my opinion. Naturally, that's strictly an opinion. But if you're gonna try to talk sports for god's sake know that you just kinda replace microwaves. that's all. I'm not asking him to kill his dinner and skin it with a buck knife, or something. But just be less prissy. I mean, it's like Nathan Lane is doing a sports talk show sometimes. |
