I think Ed Farmer was simply caught up in the moment.
Dan Patrick didn't mention him by name, but he said this morning it was "an imperfect call" before & after he had the White Sox' Philip Humber on his show this morning in Hour 2.

Does it seems like Farmer forces any type of big call? It sounds so unnatural when he announces a walkoff HR or his latest imperfecto. His tone and tenure seem to remain the same no matter what the situation, which one might say is about as bad as one can be for a radio guy? This has nothing to do with his inability to have a normal discussion with his on air partner. |
