After a one week absence due to White Sox baseball last Thursday, Gary from Evanston's favorite segment returns to "The Boers & Bernstein Show" this afternoon at 5p. "Who Ya Crappin'?" makes its return today, and you know Gary's weekly verbage, along with his obscure Canada & "Bonanza" references beforehand, won't be far behind. Before Gary's favorite segment, Terry & Dan B. have a lot more to discuss. They'll once again try to downplay the Bulls' latest win over the Pacers, discuss the regular season finale vs. the Cavaliers at United Center, plus the 1st round playoff opponent come Saturday on the West Side. That's when the Bulls will tip off their NBA Eastern Conference first round playoff series vs. either the 76ers or the Knicks. That'll be determined later tonight. Paul Konerko hit career homer #400, but the White Sox lost an ugly 14 inning game to the A's in Oakland that has Sox fans asking how much longer Hector Santiago closes for Robin Ventura's club. I'm reasonably sure the guys will discuss the closing situation, along with Bernsy's FanGraphs perspective on this team and a wasted quality start yet again from Chris Sale yesterday afternoon. The Sox are back home tonight, and I wonder if they'll address the attendance issue involving the Southsiders and how many empty seats will be disguised as fans tonight for Philip Humber's first start since his perfect game last Saturday in Seattle when Dustin Pedroia and the Red Sox start a 4-game series here on The SCORE this eve. The Cubs are idle, but start a road trip in Philadelphia tomorrow night. Plus, there's also the Bears and the NFL Draft, which is tonight in New York. Who will they draft at #19? Will new Bears' GM Phil Emery trade up, trade down, or keep the pick and go defense with their first pick? Answers to come tonight, but discussion sure to come up this afternoon on the "B & B Show". All of that and today's game plan are coming up. |

Dave, they've tried awfully hard to downplay what the Bulls have done to this point. Quite frankly, I've enjoyed these Bulls' wins. They can't help there's a big goo of NBA bad. The Cavaliers are one of them. |

They should downplay the Bulls win last night. It literally was meaningless. |

They didn't need to, but Coach Thibs' message was loud & clear after stubbing their toes vs. the Wizards, another team that's in that big blob of NBA goo that's bad. Thibodeau: "DO YOUR JOB!" |

Even with Carmelo Anthony & Amare Stoudemire likely to rest, does Charlotte end their 22-game losing streak tonight vs. New York? Does Detroit actually beat Philadelphia on the final night of the regular season? |

I for one, think it's about time people start challenging SHARK on some of his absolutist statements. Like teams having a psychological advantage over another, despite there being no way to prove that. |

There's only so many times it can be done without response. Then it's just piling on. Like last Saturday in the basement. |

Dave, I was under the impression the whole NBC5 thang with Laurence was short-term. NBC5 hasn't replaced Paula Faris, now with ABC News' "World News Now", and they didn't necessarily replace the late Daryl Hawks either. They promoted the bumbling, stumbling, fumbling Mike Adamle shortly after Hawks passed away before a Bulls/Hawks' playoff game in Atlanta last year. They've also used ex-"SportsChannel Report" reporter and part-time Dodgers' TV voice Eric Collins prior to today's news that NBC5 & Comcast SportsNet are joining forces for sports news coverage. |

Jason, I would rather have Sasha Baron Cohen in goal next year. Luongo is 33, huge contract, and chokes in the playoffs. No thank you. |
