Edison Park is the place this afternoon as Bud Light brings Terry & Dan B. to Curragh Irish Pub, 5953 N. Northwest Highway in Chicago, starting at 1P for the "Bud Light 'Who Needs Two?' Tavern Tour" live broadcast and a chance to win Cardinals/Cubs' tickets next Friday for those in attendance. I don't know if the guys will have a word or two about the horrific tragedy in Aurora, CO at a Midnight screening of "The Dark Knight Rises", but here's what else they might discuss today: *A Walk-Off Loss for White Sox to Red Sox; First Place Showdown @ Tigers Starts Tonight in Detroit *A Starting Pitcher, A Veteran Reliever or BOTH for White Sox? *Ryan Dempster Trade Imminent Before Cubs/Cardinals in St. Louis? *Other Possible MLB Deals Before the July 31st Trade Deadline *The Paterno Statue: To Keep or Not To Keep? *Omer Asik: To Match or Not To Match? Bulls Still Waiting for Rockets' Offer Sheet *4P: "Friday Fung: Stupid Putts"-Coinciding with the Open Championship (a.k.a. The British Open) It all happens LIVE at 1P, minus transition with Mac & Spiegs this Friday afternoon until Sox/Tigers @ 5:30P. |

No transition with Mac and the Princess today? How sad. |

It's truly a home game for me if they went back to Skores on Forest Preserve Drive in Norridge. Right now, I don't think there are any plans for those guys to return there or anyone closer to where I call home. |

It's that restraining order that Joe Bartosch, Matt Rodewald, and Connor McKnight took out against you, isn't it. |

Had a lot better Jazz selection than Tower Records most of the time .... had a sweet box set of Chick Corea but it was three figures, something a college lad does not deem a wise purchase, no matter what the material. |

You'll be happy to know that Rolling Stones Records is STILL THERE! It's one of the few true record stores remaining in this country, still adjacent to Harlem/Irving Plaza. |

So the whole show so far has been about the denial by Penn State that they are going to take down the statue with a whole lot of "What are you waiting for?" talk. It's pretty clear they are waiting for the weekend, when campus is less crowded, possibly even at 2am when most people are sleeping in order to create the least amount of scene. This show is bad now. You shouldn't be mad at Penn State for attempting to avoid an embarrassing scene of a small amount of students getting arrested fighting over a statue. |

Exactly, and they are back to condemning the entire student body for the expected actions of a few idiots. PTFB indeed. |
