Pointed out for the Bernstein's and SHARKs of the world. There's plenty of outrage to go around. The story has been told. Tell another one now if that's your moral duty. There's thousands around the world so you'll be busy as fuck, BUT THEIR STORIES NEED TO BE TOLD!!!!!!

Can I please get a fucking update on the White Sox?

This is classic proof why Mac > Bernstein. Some of you have been fooled into thinking B&B is good just like you would think Faygo Root Beer is good is your alternative was Louisiana tap water. It's not even close. Bernsie is a clown, Mac is a genuine sports radio personality.

Anyone who supports Bernsie supports genocide, using Bernsie's logic.

It depends what the child slave is made to do. Are they to make shoes & Olympic uniforms in 100 degree tropical heat? Are they to crawl into coal mines to fish out tiny little diamonds?

Yeah..... I buy a lot more shoes and clothes than diamonds. Lets free the diamond kids and turn a blind eye to the others.

Not really, but child murder/slavery likes to run the Spread Option.

I would like an update on the White Sox as well. Unfortunately, I don't think Bernsy has any plans to table Penn State scandal talk, not just based on a recent column in which he addressed the topic on 670thescore.com, but because this is such a huge story where there are new developments every single day.

Just because Jerry Sandusky's sorry ass is going to spend the rest of his life in prison doesn't mean this story is over with. Let's see if other creeps like Mike McQueary, ex-Athletic Director Tim Curley & ex-President Graham Spanier are next to face criminal charges, let alone join Sandusky in prison who what they did. Do I wish "B & B" would stop discussing this Penn State story ad nauseum? Absolutely.

I'm only speaking for myself on this.

So what makes you think this is still a huge news story with developing news SHARK? I think it's played out and has no narratives left to discuss intelligently.

So it's right in BernSTINES wheelhouse.

The horse that he's beating is no longer just a corpse...it's a puddle of guts, bits of bone and some pieces of flesh scattered on the ground. He is now obsessively pouring over every little thing related, even tangentially, and making it out to be some world shattering must hear news story. This crap is just bits and pieces that he's blowing up to manufacture himself so faux outrage.

It sickens me!

I'm not Dan Bernstein, FavreFan. What he & Terry talk about are beyond my control. I think the part of this story that should anger everybody is that Penn State received quite a punishment, or so I thought from the NCAA. I was under the impression the school would NOT appeal. I don't know why students, football players, new HC Bill O'Brien and the community there are all that upset. I really don't. They have nobody to blame but themselves.

I wish the guys would discuss other things, but it's the "Boers & Bernstein Show", not mine.

I'm guessing the child labor would make the shoes and uniforms.

Tim Tebow would probably show up to circumcise them, too.

Right now, I'd be talking about the White Sox big series in Texas, the latest MLB Trade Rumors, the underreported story about Bob Costas' moment of silence tonight plans during NBC's same day coverage of the Opening Ceremonies at the London Summer Olympics in memory of the "Munich 11", and checking in on the Bears in Bourbonnais. Penn State scandal talk wouldn't be as front & center as Terry & Dan B. have made it.

That sounds alot more reasonable to me than just banging the Penn State story for 5 hours on a Friday afternoon.....but hey I am not a radio professional

Would there be any conspiracy discussion involving Matt "Joe Bartosch" Rodewald and his former employment as "traffic monkey" at NBC 5?

I wonder if this Penn State scandal will claim the B&B show as a victim as well.

Dan is completely out of control at this point and needs some intervention. Of course it's his right to talk about anything he wants and it's our right as listeners to tune out (which many of us do now), but eventually ratings will take a hit and someone will need to step in and say "time to leave this story".

It seems when I turn the radio back on, they're always talking about Penn State. Maybe I'm coming in at the wrong times but based on the comments here, I doubt it.

I know Dan said it's pointless to complain about the show's content, as others have said here on this forum, but isn't that what this forum is for - to discuss the various shows' content? But at this point it's like beating a dead horse and I'm even tired of commenting on it, let alone listening. Maybe Dan will some day realize that he will never be able to make everyone agree with him on the subject, and he'll accept the punishment that's already been handed out to the college and to Sandusky. I know I sure have.

SHARK - you said there are new developing stories every day. That mindset is part of the problem. The TeamOutlaw stuff is somewhat stupid and newsworthy, but only on a tabloid level. The rest of the shit story has no new stuff developing. You contradict yourself when you say that you want them to stop talking about it, yet at the same time you say it's a story that needs to still be told.

Furthermore, and what's worse, is that you accuse Bill O'Brien and the current players of having nobody to blame but themselves. That's fucked up SHARK. They didn't have anything to do with this.

I dont need Db breaking every minute with "Here is a developing story", but I am OK with him harping that the NCAA should meet again and say they decided to give them the death penalty.

Penn State needed more of a cleaning out than Mayor Daleys staff!

Are they not @ Penn State? Therefore, aren't they @ fault, too? EVERYBODY IN PENNSYLVANIA IS @ FAULT!!!!! E-V-E-R-Y-B-O-D-Y. That includes people who used to be there, including Mike Ditka and Eaglo Jeff. They should all be wiped off the face of the Earth!
