I believe it's Jason "The Giggler" Goff and Terry today. Check back in five minutes for SHARK's unnecessarily over-the-top analysis.

Much as everyone hates Bernsie, this will be BAD radio. Goff cannot drive a show.

Forunately/Unfortunately, I won't be listening as my work has cut off all audio/video streaming from the internet. No AM reception downtown.

You are correct. It's Goff & Boers the next 3 days. I don't think it's necessary for me to create new threads in this section with Goff in the driver's seat. Honest!

This forum will be slow. Lil Danny drives the show and this place.

I have noticed Bernstein and whoever sits in his seat, regardless if it's Goff or Laurence Holmes, who joins Boers Friday at Primetime in New Lenox for the "Bud Light 'Who Needs Two?' Tavern Tour" live broadcast, drives this show. This despite the fact Boers' name appears on the marquee first.

There is something to the fact that Bernstein chooses Rozner and Rosie while Boers chooses Goff as a guest host.

Mitch forces Larry on both of them to get some value out of him so that's understandable. Although, if Larry weren't a kiss ass they would not allow him to host.

1. Boers doesn't like outsiders. He also knows that Goff and Larry won't really challenge him on anything. Larry and Goff are very kindly to this old crazy cracker.

2. Bernstein is comfortable with his own kind. He also respects Rosie and Rozner. He likes Larry cuz there is some sick thing with him where he enjoys the hell out of a black man worshiping him.

Discuss.

That's because Terry can barely drive a car, let alone a show.

That is interesting. Chew on this for a moment, too.

Imagine for a moment if BOTH "B & B" are out. You know who Laurence would want as a guest co-host...A certain former Bears' defensive tackle whose number #99 will be worn by #1 pick Shea McClellin on the field but was flat out rotten when he co-hosted middays with Holmes briefly after "Mully & Hanley" went to morning drive. You know the one...

Those are actually true statements for the most part (again...credit where due). But I must ask, why does any of it matter?

I'm going to somewhat agree with you about Dan enjoying Larry's man crush on him. But Bernsie still has contempt for Larry because Larry is too white, nerdy, and undersexed. If Larry was the color of black onyx (Bacdafucup), had interests unrelated to the worlds of DC and Marvel and plowed women on more than a biannual basis, Dan would approve of Holmes' hero worship.

His discussions always get steered to the same spot. I open this thread up, and it is the same innuendo as the threads he seems to start each day. I think last night's thread was something about Goff and his two laughs. Of course race is the central theme......

It's such a tiresome act. I blocked him months ago.

Terry is different with Larry and Goff as well. He tries extra hard to be nice to them. White guilt? Yes.

Also, he tries hard not to say anything racist. That's against his natural instincts. Terry comes from a time and place where racist comments were accepted and celebrated. He still lives in that time and place outside of radio, but is smart enough to realize that he has to hold back on the air.

There was a time he slipped. He used to call Larry his "Favorite Mulato". Somebody probably got to him and told him to stop. I'm guessing it was Bernstein. Since then, he's extra careful.

Do you have any interesting to say that doesn't involve race? Are you one of the guys on the board that uses mults, and this particular mult is used for race relations?

The Tuesday Bernstein-free game plan goes like this...

*2:45P: MLB Network's Jim Kaat
*3:30P: "The Second Half"
*TBA: "Chicago Football Report" w/RED ALERT! RED ALERT!

Chris Rongey has 35 minutes of what the guys call "musings" in place of Laurence Holmes' nighttime SCORE @ 6P, leading into Rongey's "Horseshoe Casino/White Sox Radio Network Pregame" @ 6:35P from U.S. Cellular Field. First pitch for Yankees/White Sox @ 7:10P. Time permitting, especially considering the length of last night's ballgame, Connor McKnight has the latenight SCORE after Rongey's postgame until Midnight. David Schuster guest hosts "SCORE Overnight" for the vacationing Les Grobstein @ Midnight this eve.

Well, ESPN Radio 1000 has done that with "Waddle & Silvy" from time to time.

Look on the bright side. Goff & Boers aren't talking about that stupid university in (Un)Happy Valley, PA...at least not right now.

They are kind of lost without Bernstein. Both of them. Bernstein really does know how to steer the ship. He knows how to set everything up. He keeps the conversation flowing.

It's like we're looking at Terry and Goff naked right now.

Terry: Hey, buddy. The rumors of your 3rd leg are true. You must be happy to see me.

Goff: You best shut up ya crazy cracker lest I wang whip you!!!!

Terry: Eeeeeee eeeeeeeeeeeee

Goff: Bernstein, we need you back!!!!
