The Daily Herald's Ryan Seacrest-sounding Barry Rozner subs for the vacationing Boers one more day this afternoon with Bernstein on "The Boers & Bernstein Show" following the daily transition with Mac & Spiegs. What do you think the guys might discuss today?

*The White Sox Latest Loss to the Orioles
*Another Sox Injury To The Starting Rotation?
*A Replay of Mac & Spiegs' Interview w/NFL Executive V.P. Ray Anderson?
*Bears' Training Camp Update
*The Latest on the Penn State Scandal (Like it or Not)
*CSNChicago.com: New Bulls Assistant Coach Scalabrine?

Those are some of the stories the guys might discuss between 1:15-ish & 5:30P in advance of Chris Rongey's "Horseshoe Casino/White Sox Radio Network Pregame" before Game 2 of Sox/Orioles tonight.

I forgot to mention this. Bernstein's latest column at 670thescore.com pertains to...you guessed it...Penn State Football and the "Proper Playlist" for the upcoming season. Bernsy's column can be found here:

The more I hear Rozner's voice, the more I hear a poor man's Seacrest. You can say the same about update guy Matt Rodewald sounding like ESPN's John Clayton.

Ok, now I'm confused. When have you heard our very own Seacrest speak?

Oh, man.

SHARK took the original Seacrest/Rozner meme out of context. He has convinced himself that Rozner sounds like Ryan Seacrest.

The meme never involved Ryan Seacrest.

Well, Rozner thankfully isn't as overexposed as the real Seacrest.

I don't think Ryan Seacrest is overexposed. But then again, I consume very little pop culture, so I'm not the authority on it.

Trust me, OKC. The real Seacrest is everywhere...or so it seems.

I don't know what Ryan sounds like, but I was pretty sure it wasn't like Rozner. I figured SHARK had the wrong reference....

Oh, SHARK

As for today, all they have planned are a "Chicago Football Report" with RED ALERT! at some point to be determined, "The Second Half" @ 3:30P & Matt Rodewald on "Scoreboard Updates".

That's all they've got between now & Chris Rongey's "Horseshoe Casino/White Sox Radio Network Pregame" @ 5:30P from the SCORE Studios downtown. First pitch for White Sox/Orioles in Baltimore @ 6:10P. Connor McKnight has the latenight SCORE after Ranger's "Xfinity Postgame" until Midnight when Les Grobstein & Adam Harris have "SCORE Overnight" until 5A Wednesday.

By the way, consider yourselves warned now.

LAURENCE HOLMES sits in with Bernsy the rest of the week, including Friday when the "Bud Light 'Who Needs Two?' Tavern Tour" takes the guys to Joe's on Weed Street, not far from DePaul University's Lincoln Park campus. You've been warned.

You people clamoring for more Rozner/Rosenbloom are the same types who think De Wayne Wise or Brett Lillibridge should start.

Well, the only reason why RV is having DeWayne Wise lead off is due to Alejandro De Aza currently on the DL with the oblique injury. Quite frankly, Wise has done a nice job while De Aza is sidelined. As for Brent Lillibridge, he's now in Cleveland, and not just playing the outfield like he did here & briefly in Boston.

I certainly agree with that.

SHARK is far from the worst poster here.

I just think it's people not wanting Drink, Goff or Larry to start more than people loving Rozner or Rosie.

If Bernstein is going to get a new partner, I'd rather it be Rozner or Rosie over anybody else over there. They don't kiss Bernstein's ass, they're not trying to be him, they're not "yes men" and they're not looking for Bernstein's approval like the other Score boys.

Sure, we'd like better. But you have to pick from Mitch's bag. This is all he's given us.

Beardown is kind of annoying with his wild theories. That flying mario avatar guy is bad. The new jimmyreardon, chas. Cubbiegirl. Gloopan Kuratz.

That's my quick list.

Mostly good choices, but I like Gloopan Kuratz for some reason. Always have. The crossed-out Dan McNeil avatar is still funny to me.

Thanks Denis, but I wanted Jabbertype to name his.

I'd rather hear Bernsy host a solo show like WFAN's Mike Francesa has been able to do in New York since he & Chris "Mad Dog" Russo broke up their show a while back. He can do a solo show if he wanted to and do it well.
