It's Tuesday on "The Boers & Bernstein Show", and for Pro Football Weekly's Hub Arkush, also The SCORE's Senior Bears/NFL Analyst & Dial Global Sports' "Sunday Night Football" sideline reporter, what was he thinking?! Hub actually predicted a Bears' loss vs. the Titans this past Sunday in Nashville, and we all know what happened. It remains to be heard how much teasing Terry & Dan B. give Hub regarding Sunday's game and how the Bears blew out the Titans when he makes his regular Tuesday appearance come 5P. It remains to be heard how much more discussion the Bears/Titans' game gets this afternoon, let alone if they'll give possible closure to the Eagles after last night's 28-13 bellyflop to the Saints in New Orleans, or giving tonight's Magic/Bulls' game at United Center the time of day between the end of transition and 6P this eve. |

Here's the Tuesday Game Plan: *3:30P: "The Second Half" *5P: The SCORE/PFW/Dial Global Sports' Hub Arkush-The Final Word on Bears/Titans, Perhaps Eagles' HC Andy Reid & Sean Payton: Dallas-Bound? "Scoreboard Updates": Chris Rongey Terry's "two favorite words", Laurence Holmes, broadcasts live from Buffalo Wild Wings in Willowbrook from 6-10P. Bears' CB Charles Tillman joins Holmes for the "Miller Lite Top Draft Show" 7-8:30P. Joe Ostrowski has the latenight SCORE @ 10P this eve. "SCORE Overnight" with Les Grobstein & Adam Harris starts @ Midnight and goes until 5A Wednesday. |

Well, Hub may be off but Rozner is flat out mean. His whole narrative about Lovie is going down the drain. His article today tries to tell us that Houston is not a good team because they haven't played anybody but an injured Ravens team. He just can't admit that Lovie is a good coach and that the Bears are a good team. He neglects to understand that almost every NFL game is close and any team can win on any day. Rozner has to set-up a future article to either rip the Bears if they lose or take away from them if they win because Houston is not as good as their 7-1 record suggests. Geesh. |

Great opening call. Show's off to a promising start. |

If the "game plan" only has two things on it, it's not really a game plan. Why can't we be at peace with the fact that they just do whatever for the majority of five hours? |

B&B pride themselves on no production but screen the calls. And Bernstein already is in a pissy caller mood. Not a good start. |

I hope they get at least 5 more calls today about Tillman punching another player, with one or two specifically addressed to expert Hub Arkush. |

I think I need Terry to mention how hopeless the Bears would be without Julius Peppers a couple of dozen times more before I'll believe it. |

"And again, without Peppers, you got nothing." Later that day... Waiter: "And what will you have, sir?" Boers: "I'll have the t-bone steak, medium rare, with baked potato and the salad. And, again, without Peppers, the Bears defense has a big bag of nothin'." |

I wonder how much of the game on Sunday these two goofs actually watched. Peppers played about a quarter and that was it. I guess the Bears were still able to do what they need to do without him. I do agree that Peppers is VERY important but if he didn't play, this defense wouldn't crumble. |

So wait a minute here, B&B is making the case that the Bears are unlikely to continue to get turnovers at the historic rate they currently are? That seals it. This is definitely the smart mans radio show. Who else could come up with such groundbreaking thoughts? In other news, Atlanta is unlikely to go undefeated, and the NHL lockout will likely end one day. |

It is incredible how Terry blindly agrees to everything that comes out of Dan's mouth....lots of "uh huhs" and "oh yahs". Is there ANY way that he knew who Tom McGinnis was? As far as McGinnins, his excited voice is something between Wayne Larivee and Jim Turpin to me http://www.975thefanatic.com/teams/sixe ... D=10386683 -- but yah, Dan, a Durham-level legendary announcer....because you knew him from your CBA days. Got it. Dan getting angry at Bulls callers, must be Christmas time. |

Why doesn't anyone ever ask these guys who the top 5 is? There is a definite answer because these guys keep telling people that they are wrong. |
