when it comes to finfer, my first-thought/word-association goes to those siberian outpost shows he'd do during brunchtime on sundays in february. in terms of bernstein-approved terms used to talk about baseball players, finfer would be "just a guy." in terms of VORH (value over replacement host, a metric now literally laughed at by the community over @ BTF) he would, indeed, be the RH. "....uhh, i'm right handed" |

It's weird that the Chiefs are hiring Andy Reid because Andy Reid's son recently died an untimely death, and a young man who played for the Chiefs recently died an untimely death, and so...what? |

I don't get it either. I thought Andy Reid should take a year off considering what happened to his son dying during Eagles' Training Camp. Matt Cassel isn't Michael Vick, let alone Nick Foles at quarterback. |

I don't like Finfer's personality as a host, but I definitely appreciate the work he has done to improve his speech. Was unlistenable for me before. Now sounds very polished. |

"Scoreboard Updates": Chris Rongey Terry's "two favorite words", Laurence Holmes, has a "full boat show" starting @ 6P. Because they haven't updated the schedule on 670thescore.com, it'll be one of these guys come 10P. It'll be Connor McKnight, Joe Ostrowski or Wayne Randazzo with the late night SCORE until Midnight or Les Grobstein & Adam Harris with the EP version of "SCORE Overnight" until 5A Friday morning. Your guess is as good as mine. |
