Super Bowl media day.
Mike North will ask Eddie Debartolo Jr. if he's taller than Dan Bernstein.
Fred Huebner will ask Eddie Debartolo Jr for his inappropriate leather jacket back.
Larry Holmes will be fired from NBC5 for taking upskirt photos of Peggy K and the Fabulous Sports Babe.

Dan seems to take being offended as his life's vocation. It must be exhausting.

Are the Harbaughs vocal Christians? Why the enmity?

Doesn't he know that he's not the parent of either Harbaugh child, what is with this "we" business???

His misery quotient is really really up there.

Seriously.......Bernstein's gotta be doing a bit right? Is he unhappy because he finds this whole "sports" thing beneath him? His ability to find misery cannot be denied.

And how in the hell would he know:

A. That the Harbaugh brothers are not healthy and happy
B. Anything about the way they were raised

You can't be a good parent if you allow your kids to play football. The Harbaugh's are successful coaches, but that only allows the media/NFL to push this wonderful family story for the next two weeks, and, the T'eo story should tell us that it may not be true that these two are happy people since football has mushed their brains, which helps explain why Jim expresses emotion on the sideline.

His tweet about Ray Rice during the game was in the same vein as the two above. Something about "Doesn't Ray Rice see what (RB from 30-40 years ago) looks like now and is he not worried about his future."

Dan Bernstein ‏@dan_bernstein
I love Ray Rice, but he has to see himself when he looks at Earl Campbell now, right? Dude just runs to punishment. #Ravens #NFL

Bernstein would be wise to heed the crude but wise words of Kirk Lazarus:
Quote:
Everybody knows you never go full retard.

He's gone all in on being edgy contrarian guy. Problem is that it forces him to believe a lot of stupid shit.

Also his concept of "informed fan" has become incredibly funbad.

I have no idea what's going on with Terry, but late in Friday's show Dan confirmed that Laurence would be back on Monday. I'm no SHARK.

I think Terry is still off for another day...or two. It is Dan & Laurence again today, but it won't be these 2 for the whole week...as far as I know anyway.

I've got to think the team of Connor McKnight & Joe Ostrowski follows those 2 goofs @ 6P this eve with a 7-hour "SCORE Overnight" marathon with Jerry Lewis, I mean Les Grobstein, come 10P along with his sparring partner Adam Harris until 5A tomorrow. Just a guess on my part, because the 670thescore.com schedule hasn't been updated.

I know that Terry & Dan, along with Mac & Spiegs, are broadcasting live from Once Upon a Bagel Friday from 9A-6P in Highland Park. Laurence returns to his regular time to start The SCORE's live coverage of SoxFest at the Palmer House Hilton downtown from 6-10P that Friday night.

Spiegs just said Terry is off all week because of his "stuff". Contract? Where is Beardown?

That can't be right. Holmes is supposed to be at SoxFest Friday night broadcasting the first of 3 straight SCORE live broadcasts from the Palmer House Hilton this weekend. That includes the team of Mark Grote & the Chris Chelios-looking Mike Esposito, subbing for the Trib's Steve Rosenbloom, from 8A-Noon & "White Sox Weekly" with Chris Rongey from Noon-2:45P Saturday leading into DePaul basketball. Finally, a special edition of "Hit & Run" with Spiegs & the Daily Herald's Barry Rozner wraps up SportsRadio 670 The SCORE's SoxFest coverage from 8A-Noon Sunday.

I heard it as well. Maybe Bernsy goes solo as the week progresses. I'd be cool with that.
