It's bound to be a veritable free-for-all without the steadying part-time-hand of Drinky Amattacola, who might have saved us all from the horrors of WW3 had he showed up for a FULL-TIME gig today.

Bear down told you to listen closely, so I know you'll be listening closely. There's already shots at part-time drinky so let's get it going.

"Here's a lesson for all you youngsters," as Steve Stone would say...Shoveling snow can be hazardous to your health, and I've heard it can kill you, too.

If you're in decent shape, there's nothing dangerous at all about it.

Pace yourself and don't lift with your back.

That's actually a really cool story from Bernstein. I wish it were totally true but I think there's a lot more to the story.

Bernsie can't even shovel his ass from his mouth.

The Jack Hannahan/New Balance story pertaining to OneStep? Absolutely...

1) Pace yourself
2) Don't lift with your back
3) Layer well
4) Be used to moderate exercise

If you follow these instructions, congratulations! You will be able to shovel your--or any--driveway without dying.

Also, in absentia I remind you of the golden rule of Amattacola: if you don't like it don't listen or comment.

In other news, the CSFMB and twitter are closing due to a lack of posts. While there isn't much to say, at least it isn't transparent hatemongering from people who we don't care about. Wait for the ReVolution to get a free pro boards account if you wanna share in the joy of daytime radio with your buddies.

Batt Amattacola: 9" brings out his inner-bitch ;)

Bernstein + Speagol's kid = MATCH.

The time travel angle makes perfect sense here. It also explains why Speagol has turned the station into WTRIBUTASAURUS without much brush back: he's literally Bernstein's daddy.

tl;dr = rich people and corporations are the bestest! There was this one guy related to athletes who had cancer and they gave him stuff so they're all amazing specimens of what humanity should be rah rah rah.

You know, alls it takes is one story of a well connected guy in the lucky sperm club to get hooked up with free swag for promotional reasons and the media mouthpieces will take it and run with it, touching music notwithstanding (PAGING TOM RINALDI)

Anyways, time to get back on message and to our scheduled dosage of Heat worship (even tho they're right and the Bulls won't beat the Heat)

Bernstein is "guardedly optimistic" that Patrick Kane has finally "gotten the message"... or he hasn't.

Way to go out on a limb there; if KANER "grows up" or if he doesn't, make note that on 2/8/13 Dan Bernstein called it.

Transition Story: Took a moment to listen, eyes started glazing over, consciousness fading, wondering if guys walking across america with goat to raise money for cancer should have given out free stuff given to them just because? Woke up, disoriented, switched off the radio and got back to work.

Still wondering? Ricketts + Cubs + OneStep = Coolest thing on earth! Anything/Anyone else + Cubs = Suck It!

Comcast SportsNet's Pat Boyle is on the phone with the guys right now. I've heard he might be best suited to eventually become NBC5's lead sports anchor if the bumbling, stumbling Mike Adamle steps aside.

Hah! Nothin' like Kaner talk.

Why don't people just move to a place where it doesn't snow?

B&B talking hockey is so forced. They know their audience really doesn't give a damn, and they really don't either, so why do it? Same for the JR roast, really. Who is paying to go see that shit? Only thing good to see would be Hull getting wasted and smacking bitches around.

I don't think they've been as bad lately, actually. And people do care. If the Hawks are going to keep this up, they can't not talk about it. There's not a hell of a lot else happening.

People will start illegally crossing the border down to Mexico. Here's the question: Will the Mexicans get as pissy about rednecks as the rednecks here get pissy about Mexicans?

I'm a man in limbo. Speeps revoulution is crap. AM1000 sucks. Bernstein who can make me laugh, still pisses me off. He refuses to give Bulls 2/3 man Jimmy Butler props. Last week saying he is doing nothing I didn't expect. Yeah, bullshit.

Quite a little shot right there. Don't need ourselves a Chicago Rap war, NBA basketball style.
