Post subject:  3/21: How "Bad" Could It Be Today in Naperville?

There's a reason why I put the word "Bad" in quotation marks. That's not because EP Matt Abbatacola is guest co-hosting the next 2 days with Dan while Terry continues his vacation. It's also not because the broadcast is originating from the Lantern in Naperville, thanks to Bud Light either.

You see, while the REAL NCAA Basketball Tournament kicks into high gear at arenas across America, today's the day Dan & Matty officially unveil the "2013 Tournament of Bad" during this afternoon's live broadcast. Unlike Kentucky, will last year's "winner" in the "State of Pennsylvania" defend their title as the absolute worst of the worst? We'll soon find out.

You can also bet the rent these guys will continue to discuss the big Bears' news regarding the end of Brian Urlacher, broken in the final 40 minutes of yesterday's show with guest co-host, the Daily Herald's Barry Rozner, and what the Bears plan to do from here. Some other potential topics...

*Bulls Host Blazers Tonight: Help on the Way for Coach Thibs?
*Ducks Beat Blackhawks 4-2; Cause for Concern?
*The Heat Wins Again! Now 24 in a Row After a 98-95 Road Win in Cleveland
*Jesse Crain Joining John Danks on the DL?
*NCAA Tournament Update
*"Who Ya Crappin'?" @ 5P

All that and who knows what else between 1:15P-ish & 6P following the daily transition with Mac & Finfer.

Drinky co-hosting with Dan? That's unusual. I don't remember them co-hosting together much, if ever. Matt typically subs for Dan and does the show with Terry.

That's the plan the next 2 days, Zizou. Drinky & Bernsy will be at the Billy Goat, 1535 W. Madison, tomorrow for the "Bud Light 'Who Needs Two?' Tavern Tour" live broadcast, complete with Bulls' tickets to give away starting @ 1P.

Besides, Laurence "Mr. Multimedia" Holmes is still at White Sox Spring Training in Glendale, AZ...and not exactly talking about their own issues either.

Another Cheerleader attempting to bang the youth of america....man, I really wonder how I would react back when I was 12...what's that? 7th grade? hmmm....nevermind, think I know how I would have reacted.....

Quote:
Former Titans Cheerleader Charged With Sexually Assaulting 12-Year-Old Boy

During an interview with police at his school, the boy said Garner was at his home drinking, and at some point late in the evening he went to use the restroom when Garner followed him, according to police.

“He stated she was asking him if he had ever been with a woman,” Roberts reported, adding the boy disclosed she then touched him inappropriately on the outside of his pants. “He also said she was making an attempt to take his shorts off ...” and told the boy she would perform oral sex on him. The boy told Roberts he became frightened and was able to get out of the bathroom and tell his mother.

I submitted Boers and Bernstein Hall of Fame for TOB. Doubt it gets in, but I'd love to know who had that idea originally.

I am not in favor of complaining about the small stuff folks say/do on this show. However, I must point out it would be much easier for me to listen to this tournament of bad thingy if Mr. Bernstein would withhold the school girl laugh after every seed.

I suppose maybe people who never get sick could be really obnoxious about it. Still, worse are the people who get a cold and shut down completely.

I wish they were more self deprecating. Would be more fun if they included some of criticism of themselves into the tourney.

The bitching about tourney scoring is original. I don't watch for scoring. I watch for the upsets and great finishes.

Also, is one supposed to be proud of having never seen a black and white movie? Doesn't that make him sound like a stubborn dumbass?
