Once again, there's a reason why I put the word "Bad" in quotation marks. "Tournament of Bad" voting resumes this afternoon on the "Boers & Bernstein Show", exclusively at TournamentOfBad.com. More details on when voting begins again are coming up, as there will be 32 "games" going on. By the time Terry & Dan crosstalk with Chris Rongey & Laurence Holmes for "White Sox Baseball Live: Presented by Miller Lite" around 5:45P this afternoon, they'll be down to the "Sour 16" in this year's annual event. Voting for the "Tournament of Bad" starts up @ 2P at TournamentOfBad.com and nowhere else. All they've got planned is "The Second Half" @ 3:30P & White Sox tickets for the home opener next Monday vs. Kansas City to be given away between now & 6P. Matt Rodewald is once again on update duty this afternoon. As advertised, "White Sox Baseball Live: Presented by Miller Lite" with Chris Rongey & Laurence Holmes follows @ 6P. Sox DH/1B Paul Konerko will be among the guests with Rongey & Holmes tonight until 8P. Holmes' own show, complete with "Ask Herb", follows at that time. Wayne Randazzo has updates on both "Sox Live" & Laurence's nighttime SCORE. Randazzo will also have the latenight SCORE @ 10P. "SCORE Overnight" with Les Grobstein & Adam Harris follows @ Midnight. |

Guys! Enough! Everyone is bummed that Derrick Rose hasn't returned from his torn ACL unlike other athletes with similar injuries. It's one thing for team doctors to clear Rose, but guess what? The man who signs the checks hasn't. That's still Jerry Reinsdorf. Until the Bulls' Chairman/Owner gives the green light, this conversation is a moot point. |

If team doctors have cleared him to play, doesn't that mean that Reinsdorf has, in effect, cleared him? If he didn't want Rose to play, he wouldn't have let his doctors clear him. |

They immediately dismiss the caller who spoke to a Simeon assistant coach who said Rose would not return this year. I would put that caller's credibility on the same level as one of Terry's "guys." I'm off to Silvy & Carmen for the rest of the day. |
