Is there going to be a show on after the Sox game? I don't know!

They're nipped today & tomorrow due to White Sox/Royals' afternoon baseball.

This much is a given. No "Who Ya Crappin'?" tomorrow.

The guys return to their regular time Friday 1-6P when the "Bud Light 'Who Needs Two?' Tavern Tour" takes them to Cork & Kerry at the Park, the former Jimbo's, not far from U.S. Cellular Field. They're supposed to have Bulls' tickets to give away for those in attendance.

As for today...The White Sox just beat the Royals 5-2. The guys should be up & running around 4:45P this afternoon as soon as Chris Rongey's White Sox Radio Network postgame wraps from "The Cell".

Laurence Holmes has a "full boat show" starting at 6P, complete with NBC5's Rebecca Haarlow in studio starting at 8P & "Hater Wednesday" at 9P.

I don't know if anyone knows the answer, but are Sox afternoon games contractually considered a day off? There must be at least 15 times or so during the season where the guys don't have to do a show due to an afternoon game. Now, they may come into the station, do some administrative work, maybe attend programmatic meetings and so on, so they may still "work" technically. I was just interested in hearing insight into how 670 handles time off/vacation/etc. for the B&B show vis-a-vis White Sox games.

I think they have to be there in case of rain delays or postponements. Also, with B&B working 1-6, it's rare that all five hours get wiped out by Sox coverage.

You are correct, CH.

I'm sure the time is spent in programming the show.
