Thanks for the heads-up. I'll go back and podcast it and see what clips I can pull.

I haven't listened to any sports talk for I'm guessing the better part of a month, and I gotta tell ya, I'm fine with it .... but you say they're batting 2-2 this week .... should I bother checking it out?

I don't care how much he loves computers, Phil Emery sounds exactly like Jerry Angelo to me.

Football coaches, general managers, etc. are robots. No real substance to anything they say.

These two had better perform. They each sound like a guest speaker during a corporate training session.

I fear that he is stuck in the 3rd century.

Not all of them, but my god, this is one of the most boring things I've ever heard. Could you imagine being a player in his meetings?

Everyday we will grow our football and the young men will have a takeaway that they can use to become more efficient.

I'm Don Tiny, and I think Trestmann is WAY too fucking verbose.

I really hope that in the modern day NFL that players know they have to respect the coach no matter what, because it would be really hard to take Trestman seriously.

I suppose this whole new idea of corporate thinking man's coach might work with players these days. After all Lovie was their buddy. Time will tell is all I have. If it doesn't work though it might be the biggest embarrassment in sports hires ever.

This is already fun bad. Of course this has no bearing on how good the Bears will be, but it gives me a 6-10 feeling.
