Just heard that little nugget. No show thread today so Im putting it here. So Mr senior big shot quarterback , thanks for getting us to an undefeated season and national title game but its cool if you want to back out and not play in the game to protect your draft status. We understand as Im sure your teammates, alumni, sponsors , students and everyone else will.

Which genius said that? Or did I miss the NFL instating a lottery?

The college guy on said any first round player who plays in a bowl is dumb. They mean nothing and goal should be to play least amount of college football possible before starting NFL career.

Pete Vutech (sp?) and Lil Danny went right along with it agreeing.

And who is mr big shot SENIOR qb? Winston isn't even able to be drafted until 2015 and no one had heard of Marshall a few weeks ago.....and he is supposed to return to Auburn.

And if they did that, the NFL would put a mark against their "character" in their dossier.

Winston is also a high level baseball prospect.

Danny might not be so familiar with insurance policies for these players today.

Oh wait, he was the PR guy the Rockford Lightning in 1990, so he must know.

Honestly bowls are useless. Most of these games have no one their and a large percentage of coaching staffs end up gone before the games.

- That being said, if your a player and bow out now, what will happen in the future?

Wow, Biggie, after 10 years, I see you go after Bernstein now more than ever.

Take the Little Ceasers Bowl. Bowling Green entire coaching staff except two assistants are not returning. What type of preparation is actually going into that game?

Too bad there couldn't be some type of incentive that carries over to next season. Maybe 1 extra scholarship allowance if you win.

Same old predictable act. This is the show that puts zero effort in.

Drinky thinks of some stuff, a ton of it bad, but at least he is thinking of stuff.

TB and DB just walk in and complain. I am ok with TB complaining. That is if he is over 65! God given right to complain!

Entire show consists of finding bad callers for Bernstein to make fun of.

Got to remember, I grew up with 100 guys like Bernstein. Just as smart, could do his job in a second and he knows it. In my eyes and ears he brings nothing to the table I wont hear NY Eves night.

What do you expect from a midget English major from Duke? He's nothing more than a whiney little loser
who is afraid of everyone. At least on NewYear's Eve, you will talk to folks who have accomplished something and if not, they won't use their extensive vocabulary to explain why they are unimportant, like little danny does everyday

Many, many players have increased their draft position with a good bowl game. On the contrary, Jordan Lynch probably killed his.
