Go out for some drinks, create a plan, put it in writing and request a reasonable pay raise today. You know Rod used every ounce of leverage over you guys when contracts came up, and remember, its just business, nothing personal. Right?

Yeah, but only if you realistically have leverage. If you don't, then this is pointless and probably hurts you. You should know if you have leverage or not, and not all of the off-mic (or mostly off-mic) guys do.
