Yesterday I saw him using note cards at a press conference. I'd say he has some work to do with public

Yep . For years players didn't want to play for the Bulls because of Jerry Krause but they're going to be blissfully ignorant of Donald Sterling and his history before signing to play for him?

I think these are his first public words, at least as commish. Back in 84, I don't think appointment as NBA commissioner would warrant even a press release, let alone conference. That 'stache says swagger with a caiptal S.
