Most standard screenings have a cutoff of 50 ng/ml to avoid false positives that may occur as a result of second hand smoke. I don't know if the NFL uses the stricter standard of 20.

If you're shotgunning (blowing smoke in someone's mouth) or totally clam baking in a small space you can get second hand high but in both cases its essentially first hand
