How is a driver going to know if he "has to"? The first time a guy burns to death because his fuel line ruptures while he waits in there everyone will be screaming "WHY DON'T THEY LET THEM GET OUT OF THEIR CARS!?!?!?

No doubt in my mind. Bernstein will say he had it coming. Bernstein exact quote will be: "Cracker runs onto a track of speeding cars, cracker deserves to die. It's a good thing. Thins the herd of dumb asses in the world." He'll find no fault at all with Stewart. Naturally, Terry will have the same opinion.
