I'd like to have this as evidence, because I am going to look into whom can be contacted to alert them to the misconduct of Bernstein taking advantage of the mentally impaired on air. I'm sure there are some mentally disabled advocacy groups, both government and private, that would want to know about this. Other possibilities are contacting the FCC and one's congressmen. I think he definitely could be suspended/thrown off the air for what he has done. I don't believe Bernstein could use Bob giving consent as a defense. You should definitely contact your congressman (or woman.) I can envision the House debating a bill to make it illegal for The Penguin to retain his afternoon drive-time hosting role on the radio. It would probably pass, though perhaps on partisan lines.
