Just turned this on and Drinky is screaming about Brandon Marshall.

Terry no longer thinks they are a super bowl contender.

Not sure why they need to play every presser of his. They never did it before, and you don't get anything new from him. It's just a waste of time for all involved.

It eats minutes and it's sponsored.

could sponsorship be the reason they stopped dropping clips on top of the pressers to make fun of them as they happened?

or is this just the difference between goff/abbatacola and abbatacola/tannehill?

Could be. You'd think Tannehill would be just as drop-happy as Goff. They still do a few drops, but nothing like the MST3K episodes that Lovie/Angelo pressers were.

I did like the use of "OH HI MARK!" from The Room.

What the hell is drinky talking about? He's mad that Marshall played last week cuz he wasn't 100%. Says Trestman should have benched him. Uhh...drinky...he scored 3 TDs against the 49ers with that same sprained ankle. I think he was hurting more in that game than he was vs the Packers.

"HATE LISTENING" As those in the business call it, think it really exists because they saw it on Howard Stern....if I really don't like someone I dont listen. I don't HATE leary, I just dont listen to Leary because I feel like it is a show by 12 year olds for 12 year olds. Maybe he has improved drastically and I need to tune in, but the lil bits you get from when he plays sub, is all I need to confirm my thought.

B and B is a show that used to be great. Goff and Matty put some real work into the show, Terry gave him witty one liners and Danny drove the ship. Now that Goff is gone, Matty puts less work into the show because he learned it doesn't pay, Terry is broadcasting from a couch and Dan thinks he is breaking made up stories, it just makes me turn the show off now. I don't get angry and HATE the show, I laugh and <click>.

Actually sometimes think it is a shame that a station I used to leave on almost 24 hours a day, now offers so little, that I don't care to listen.

I listened for about 15 minutes. The talked about Bushrod's injury. It wasn't the best because drinky kept repeating the same thing but Terry had more thoughts than I've ever heard him have. Almost fun.

Not sure if Drinky was serious, but he didnt know what Riverview was? I never went either, but it's a part of chicago history.

My Dad grew up on the North side. He went to Lane Tech. He's told me stories about going to Riverview Park. So I knew about it. But it closed in 1967 according to wikipedia. So I guess I can see how people in their 30s or 40s wouldn't know about it.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Riverview_Park_(Chicago)

So I'll give drinky a pass for this. But he was pretty stupid today otherwise.

That's the whole problem right there presented in a simple, straightforward sentence.

It's kinda hard for me to think that more people haven't said this to the right people often enough to have an impact.

I like Bernstein for the most part. So I stick to the show even with the subs. Out of habit I guess. I couldn't take it, though. So I gave Jurko, Carm and Silvy the 5pm hour today. I swear to god, Carm is like a ditsy blonde. His waters don't run deep. Let's just put it that way.

That's really disturbing. Carm has always been "vanilla" but since he has been paired with Jurko it's like he has had a lobotomy of some sort.

I like him as a talk show host. I would never want to know him or would never be friends with somebody like him. There's a difference. Liked him more 5 or 6 years ago. Bernstein has changed a great deal now that he knows he runs the Score. Which he absolutely does.

I also wanted this "Ahhh" contest to catch on in Chicago. So I was listening for that. Stupid? Yes. But we're about stupid here. Fun? Thought so. A CSFMB group activity at the very least. Thought it would catch on. Boy did I get slapped in the face with the lack of interest.

I don't know what to make of the Bushrod injury, and why Trestman seemed to be trying to characterize it as a non-football injury:

“He went to the ground [Wednesday] and came up with the situation that he’s in,” coach Marc Trestman said Thursday. “But it was just accidental. It wasn’t anything that happened other than he went to the ground.”

That was very informative.
