No doubt about it. Had the Score landed one or both a few years ago they wouldn't dedicate shows bashing these two. I'm not saying they're wrong about some of the stuff. Just saying the reason they are targets is cuz the enemy got them.

Case in point. They had Bennett last year. That guys an ass wipe, narcissistic idiot just like Marshall. But they gushed over him when he did shows with them.

I dont think it is because they are on ESPN, but if they were on WSCR, it would be much different.

And the B 15 attacks didnt come until he got the call from his buddy Hagel that Marshall scared him and forced his way into a press conference.

Let's say specifically that B&B co hosted the Brandon Marshall show. It wouldn't just be different. It would be none of what we've heard from them. And we wouldn't have heard "Ahhhh, hey Dan, I've got more shit on what a scumbag B-Marsh is, but, ahhhhhhh, I just have to make sure, ahhhhhhhhhh, it's true," Ace Reporter, drinky.

It isn't because they are on WMVP, it is because they aren't on WSCR. Add Ditka to the mix. If M&H had a monthly show in Vegas with Ditka, Bernstein wouldn't say anything about him... he wouldn't say good things about him (like Murph would), he would just not talk about it. Since he is on a competitor's show, they are free to rip him left and right. If The Game had Marshall on, B&B would still rip Marshall.

Correct and it didnt go bad until this recent press conference Marshall had and Bernstein was told they couldnt stop Brandon.

Let me add that a real owner of a football team stops Brandon from having that press conference, knowing that no good comes of it, esepcially considering the NFL's present situations.

Hey, if and when drinky does report his so called "Brandon Marshall dirt", can you report it here?

I have a feeling he won't follow up on it. Which is total bullshit. I mean if you tease the audience that you have some dirt on a public figure, you better have that info the next day. Or if you don't have it you better come on the air to apologize for insinuating. But he's a half wit. He doesn't realize that.

Beerstains selective ignorance is silly. You don't have to gamble or play fantasy football to know that it best promotes the shield to note when players will not play. If Matt Ryan were not playing the outlook for this week's Bears' success would be radically different. He's defended players who didn't get a medical opinion while challenged those who did, he's arbitrary as hell and forgets that he used to be Wannstedt's lap boy (and proud of it).

yeah the more mysterious thing is why they're suddenly breaking so bad on mark "in trustman we trest" aka "the man with the golden tresticles" (spiegel seemed to figure out that term around the same time i did and thus he killed it before i ever got to really brandish it. sigh) and well.... i dont think they've extended the breaking bad thing to emery yet, or if they have it's not full tilt boogie like it has gotten to be with trestman.... but all of a sudden they're exercising their right to make fun of trestman which technically they always reserved (even @ the best of times they always had the whole "he's weird" thing going on) but now are using wholesale.

but then again with #1 producer matt abbatacola going as HAM with the trolling as to call cutler the best QB in bears history (before bernstein HAD to clarify that amattacola meant that this was only physically and in terms of potential/etc and thus made the LIGHT EM UP!!! bit "who is the most disappointing/frustrating athlete in chicago sports history?" ---- yeah, i mean, in order to get callers to the show they're going out there THAT far on the troll wagon?

Didn't Bernstein recently speculate (report) that a firetruck being called out to Bushrod's house may be connected to his injury, and I thought he said that because the Bears weren't providing any information on the injury, that would force him and others to speculate on how the injury occurred.

Just the fact that Matt A. brought up something on the air that probably was going to further their crusade against Marshall irresponsible. Don't bring up some random story that going's to paint Marshall as a jerk unless you're going to tell what you have.

The fact that this show spent most of 1 show (and parts of others) talking about Brandon Marshall is ridiculous. I'm still not even sure what he has done this week other than say he's played through injury. For Bernstein to act like Marshall playing through an injury shows how out of control Marshall is may top the cake for how stupid this Marshall talk has been.

I'm not sure what has caused the whining by the show, or where they were for the last 2 years, but something caused Bernstein to get on horse.

Serious answer: No obsession. I comment on the stupid of the radio people on a radio message board. Drinky just seems to be stupid on the B&B show that I listen to. If he doesn't behave like an idiot I wouldn't comment. So, it's on him.

Am I wrong here with my question of drinky's irresponsible reporting in this case? No. I'm not. Am I wrong in wondering why a guy that can't speak is on the air? Ahhhhhhhhhhhh, no. I'm not.

B&B & Drinky seem to be obsessed with hating Mike Murphy. He's been gone for years. Is that "Radio Stalking" That's more weird. Why don't you investigate that?

What about B&B's hate for David Haugh, Telenender or the dead Ron Santo? Is that radio stalking or grave stalking? Is that creepy or obsessive?
