Should be interesting today. Will he keep hammering away at how dumb Rose is or applaud the message? Also, does he even bring up one his ALS writing an article with an opposite viewpoint on Rose? |

I think Dan stepped in it here because it's one thing to say Derrick Rose is dumb, it's another to say he's too dumb to know what a shirt means and/or didn't even decide himself to wear it, AND he has to prove otherwise by addressing Dan Bernstein's questions on the matter. I'm with TenMorePageviews in saying that the shirt was a message enough, and Bernstein was no better than those who dismiss a protester's message because an apostrophe is misplaced on the sign they hold. Plus, as others have said @Berns, the meaning of the shirt concerns something Derrick Rose is far more familiar with than Bernstein. Honestly Bernstein could've been just as patronizing while supporting Rose, figuring 'good, the shirt is simple and supports my new Twitter cause, so he can't fuck this up by opening his dumb mouth' |
