Not saying I expect anything great from the callers, but it's all about "IDIOT", "STUPID"...or 'is this a bit?"..."I am hanging up on you"

10 minutes and <click> just had to turn the radio off it gets so bad some days, they go from background sound to just annoyance. I am not here saying I wont or dont listen anymore, but I dont listen as much. Who knows, maybe they found a whole new cache of listeners somewhere that they didnt have before, but I just cant believe they are maintaining numbers.

Its not about being rude or mean, it's just bad. To go off on a crazy guy calling in every once in a while is fine, you should do that, its kind of the job, but caller after caller, has taken the show to new lows.

This is where a program director comes in and start cracking a whip. But you don't get that happening, there. Nothing new; I don;t think Gleason kept those people in line, either.

It's totally OK. Very classy. I would not suggest someone doesnt use someone's unique brand of humor in real life to anyone.

I thought it was a good/funny listen today. But I just don't understand why they say things like "why do we always get these calls?", "why do the idiots always call our show?". It's because that's how you stage your show. We all know that. Don't act like you are surprised to get dumb callers when the whole production of your show is based upon letting stupid callers get on air. That's what annoys me about them.

Show was great today. Idiot callers and Bernsie losing his damn mind.

Just talked to my source about Dan and Terry. They know both pretty well.

And he says to me 'Dan is really on edge about this Trestman story"

I cant reveal my source on this (Well I could, but I wont)....but he said it was obvious to him Danny is feeling some pressure on this one.

Not that my guy has any real connection to Halas Hall, but he also thinks Tresty is coming back,,,but the rest of the staff is gone. He has it all coming back to Emery's last year on his deal, hiring the lame duck coach, etc.
