A great AD would make sure Northwestern can get better athletes into school....THATS AN AD'S JOB!

And to date, Northwesterns facilities are shit. I know the guy is working on it, but still they are like a small MAC school.

My favorite tale of Dan's willful tone-deafness is still when McDonough first had the Blackhawks start giving Dan free loge tickets so that, you know, a major afternoon-drive sports talk show would stop referring to their games as Klan meetings, something that's rather bad for business. So Dan goes to a game and says "I don't get why everyone says the game is so great from the 300 level. It's obviously better from the 200 level, where I was!" Yes, Dan, games are better from corporate suites, but most people don't get to sit in them, and the ones who do don't get comped there in a desperate bid to make them stop referring to the business and its customers as hateful white trash. "Why isn't Joakim playing hard for the Melmans?" was very close, but I'm a sucker for the originals.

I thought it would be better from on the glass next to the Hawks bench. Oh yeah, they gave him those tickets too for free....and dont get me wrong, the Hawks are all about good will to everyone, not just Danny, but he told go 180 on them as well.
