So Ted Phillips (or George McCaskey) are not involved in the football decisions (according to both Boers / Bernstein), yet with no GM or coach in place, the decision has already been made to get rid of Brandon Marshall.

Can someone explain who is making these decisions?

I love B&B and their 'guys'. It's cute that they try to act like they have real knowledge what's going on. You would think with all of their 'guys' that they would have a bevy of info to break. I guess their guys only leak certain info...
