1:15 Terry's guy knows that Pace love QB's and interested in the duck. Danny has to jump right in that his guy knows stuff. And away we go.....

From one thing to the next....

"My guy said that Pace likes QB's and is interested in a successful, high ranked college QB"

Wow, really going out on a limb there!

How does Terry know a guy? Doesn't he hate people and stay in mostly?

Dan is vilifying Marshall for thinking that he's more than a football player (strategic communicator, poet), but he also loves to tell people that football players don't care that much about football and just do it because they have to.

There's the crux of this whole thing: Dan and Terry complain that Chris Kuc is on the team payroll for writing an everything-is-fine piece and that the Hawks have never had to play by the same rules as the other teams, who get hard coverage. Ironically, Dan is the one doing for those teams what Kuc and the rest do for the Hawks. I guess it all evens out.

site Dan is talking about

http://terezowens.com/chicago-blackhawk ... al-erupts/

This is what we’re hearing. Chicago Blackhawks forward Patrick Sharp, is the main player mentioned in connection with Duncan Keith’s wife Kelly-Rae Keith. Our inside source who works for the Chicago Blackhawks, tells us the scandal has definitely affected team chemistry, and it has lead to a up and down season. He goes on to say Brent Seabrook and Jonathon Toews have sided with Sharp, and it’s clearly a locker room divided over what went down. There’s no greater offence in sports than sleeping with a teammate’s wife.-TO

Did they come up with that by watching "Major League"?

I don't think that's limited to sports. That sort of thing generally really doesn't go over very well, regardless of profession.

You have to remember that the Bears management was upset when McCown did so great when he was backing up Cutler Bryan. Theres precedent.

So Bernsie reads a piece about Duke and the fed law not in effect and he coincidentally happened to speak to lawyers that worked on campuses in these types of cases?

I don't know why the Blackhawks are treated with kid gloves in this town. In a related story, Tom Thibodeau should be lucky he even has a job.

Shame on Craig Sager for wearing a silly suit in his favorite team's color scheme. That's a journalistic line you don't cross. In a related story, someone fucked someone and I'm not telling.

A year ago everyone was talking about how the Bears had one of the best offenses in the league. What exactly changed? I know there was a lot more wrong with this team than Brandon Marshall being weird at times. Is it maybe Trestman's play calling became extremely predictable and he's a lunatic. What does trading Brandon Marshall do? It makes your offense worse. There's 53 guys on an NFL roster -- statistically some people are going to be socially inept jags. Isn't Dan a fan of Stephen Jackson? I guarantee you Brandon, whatever team he plays for next season, will put up 1,000 plus yards and 10 plus TDs. The guy still had a decent season for being hurt all year -- and missing the last three games.

Dan lecturing Craig Sager, who is returning after an 11-month battle with cancer, about being unprofessional for wearing the Bulls colors. You really think Sager is concerned about that? I'd say he has his priorities well in line. Just shut the fuck up.

Dan prefaced it with something about how it doesn't really matter because Sager is more of an entertainer anyway, but some things you just don't do. So we have one entertainer who thinks he's a journalist lecturing another entertainer who thinks he's a journalist. This makes that Ben Affleck-Bill Maher spat look like C-SPAN.

Reminds me of Jimmy V's quote when they tried to shoo him off stage. Something tells me Craig's suit is small potatoes at this point.

I also like that it's advice not to look like a Bulls partisan from someone who talks like a Bulls partisan.

Sager is unprofessional for being a cancer survivor and rocking a suit in Bulls colors.

Bernstein is a professional King by citing Terez Owens as a legitimate source and by making shit up daily.

You win, Dan.
