I wonder if Bernstein consulted with lawyers and/or professional crisis management people. He'd be best advised to allow these profesional to write the apology for him. What did Scott do to Bernstein? He seems to have a lot of hostility directed at her, calling her names on the air in the past, and now, one of the first things he says post the Hawks winning is an attack without any warning. Not to mention that Holmes thinks of her as his sister (I'm sure she doesn't think of him in any twisted way)....Just seems odd that he seems to make her the target of his ire. There must be more to this story. |

Don't think there is any reason. He called Ginger Scott a slut when she was here. Believe the exact comment was "She'll spread her legs for anybody". Of course nothing happened back then. Different times for Bernstein. And he only gets it when it's on twitter. Some reason he and terry are safe when they say it on the air. |

Maybe there won't be an apology on a lawyer's advise. Because an apology means he admits guilt. That wouldn't help if she files a slander lawsuit. Maybe he says nothing. |
