Bernstein has been insinuating that Bryant has been out of games because of partying and late nights. I heard Jesse Rodgers today say that Bryant doesn't drink. In this article the reporter says that close friends to Bryant say he doesn't drink. I mean I don't think Bryant would lie about this since people will see him at the bars drinking. So Bernstein's guess on this one was wrong again. Throw Rozner in on this one too. I agree. But Bernstein shouldn't have insinuated that on the air. One call to his "GUY" and his "GUY" would have told him Bryant doesn't drink. Actually, didn't Bernstein say he got this from his guy? I'm not sure. |

Stop thinking that Bernstein has these impeccable sources. As he is own most trusted source, sometimes it's easy to jump to a conclusion without having facts. Sometimes, what you read on twitter isn't always accurate. If you think Bernstein, hosting the most negative/hateful show in the city has sources coming out of the wood work to provide him with information, I think you're wrong. |

No. I don't think that. I think he takes logical, educated guesses and just says he has sources. But when Bryant says he doesn't even drink, that's a big miss. |

I have no idea if he drinks or not, but I don't know Kris Bryant. Neither does Dan Bernstein. It may be a logical jump to assume that he's out drinking the night before day games, which explains why he plays poorly and has been pulled out of a few games, but I don't get paid to make up or push stories that may or may not be true. |

Even Rozner was giving it to Bryant like he knew he's been boozing pretty hard. "Is this flu season? I didn't know." You'd think once these two idiots get the info that HE DOESN"T DRINK, they would issue an apology. But there won't be a word from either of them. I heard there was a lot of twitter chatter accusing him of late nights. That's one thing. These idiots went on the SCORE and basically slandered him. Granted, they hinted about it and never actually said it. So they get away with it. But it's just wrong. Of course, as always, management will say nothing to Bernstein. |

I find it slightly odd that these allegations (possible fallacious) are being made so soon after his station has become the broadcast home for the Cubs, doesn't that go against Dan kissing Theo's ass? Unless Cubs management wanted this leaked out and Bryant does have issues. |
