Can you tell me precisely what she is the victim of? Is it possible that Patrick Kane himself may be the victim? Is there a reason you didn't use the appropriate term of 'alleged victim' or better yet, 'accuser'? You apparently have more facts than we do. Please share.

And today I texted 'you spoke of some sort of penance ritual that Kane will have to do. Has he been convicted of a crime? At last check, he was not even charged with anything. Are you now employed by the Buffalo pd or the DA?

If Kane did anything wrong then Shame on him, but let it all play out. If you say anything like that to Bernstein he immediately calls you a rape apologist or victim shamer. It's like Kane can be trashed and his name be ruined no matter what and thats okay. It goes both ways. It's a shame the situation even is happening, but good ole danny boy never says hes guilty or did it, but sure does go out of his way to make it sound as if he is. Unfair in my opinion. Just let it die until facts come up.
