IT BEGINS... it makes you wonder if john fox was approached to make a nice contribution to OneStep (or whatever the name of the charity that Bernstain is faceman for) and declined, therefore bernstein is going to start beating the drums for the end of the john fox era akin to a freshly regenerated 10th doctor asking of harriet jones "don't you think she looks tired?" =D #NevarForget how marc trestman Himself went from REALLY. SMART. PEOPLE. to "he's weird" to "dr. death" in the span of roughly a calendar year |

Oh, pfft. John Fox is just another football lifer who says he works 23 hours a day because no football coach wants to get caught saying he's not working all the time. Same deal as Andy Reid, Jon Gruden, Jack Del Rio, all those middle-tier Coachy McCoacherson guys who eschew their home lives to watch game film on fart-soaked office couches. I highly doubt there's enough functional impairment in the man's life to constitute being on the autism spectrum, but stay tuned for inside reports on the toxic and problematic ways John Fox treats women next time he withholds injury information at a press scrum. |

It is true that they can turn their narrative on a dime. All excitement and roses post Dr. Death and prior to kicking off the season the Bears gift them the White thing. Now full season of Bears are bad as if they never had faith in the new hires. |

Seen that new commercial about "Nobody got an award for working extra hours" ...or something like that. Part of all this is Machismo! Gruden used to compete with Gannon on who would come in earlier....so, is it really the hours spent, or the way it was spent? ...however, have to give some credit, like when Dave Taub would watch 100's of plays of kickoffs of other coaches and know teams tendencies, would then run plays agaist them. One thing, you would hope is that a guy like Fox has some information stowed away in the melon!!!! And he doesnt need to go back and watch every game coached by certain coaches. |

Maybe they are, in their own way, trying to warn Bears ownership of a potential problem. |
