I may tune in for the first time in months if I can get reception downtown on my previously-owned Sony SPORTS Walkman AM/FM.

Cubs at 2:45, thankfully. I have been doing the ESPN 1000 at 1:00, and those shows suck.

i have an old am/fm walkman that is digital. people were like why do you still use that. i'm like AM. now noise cancelling mowing headphones do it too. I just walk around the property with them on now and I can't hear a thing but am radio. my wife and kids will be screaming at me. its great.

This will somehow be Thibodeau's fault.

I'm surprised that Hub sticks around for transition. I would think he'd have to head home and get started on those 900 pushups he does every day.

Quotes of Dan from transition:

"I know Chicago roads VERY well!"

"where are the adults?"

"it's just so gross!"

"I'm not gonna jump to conclusions"

"I did talk to a Bulls contact..."

(Lots of HIGH PITCHED VOICIENESS)

That's a lot of orange sherbet for one person.

I wonder if Dan will use the term "rape culture" to describe the NBA. [stifles laughter]

I'm on Brandmeier (not literally). Doesn't surprise me. Dan has selective memory. Helps his ever-changing daily narrative.

At least they have favorable opinions on female athletes.

I just now realized her name is Kathy Webb - like the Gary Dotson / Steve Dahl connection.

best parody song every created

his cribs style show of Dotson's jail had my teenaged ass laughing without even knowing the backround

Edit: not even close to teenaged. If I knew my son was listening to the stuff I was listening to as a middle schooler I'd be appalled.

He helped create an environment in which the mistreatment of women was tolerated if not outright encouraged.

The " Kathy, what have you done to Gary? The same thing could've happened to my friend Larry " one? I see Steve on the train once in awhile, Ill give him your regards.

I just caught five minutes of this and heard a bunch of wrong thoughts. First, some goof called up and asked if the Sox would be interested in Miguel Montero when he becomes a free agent after the season. bernstein correctly wondered why that would be a primary concern for the Sox. They went on and on about it until one of the nitwits must have informed them that Montero isn't a free agent until 2017. Terry said, "Yeah, yeah, that's what I thought." Okay, guy. I'm not sure when the last time Terry had an actual thought was. Then they both went on and on about how great Montero is at pitch framing. SABRmetrics are great, aren't they? Except these two buffoons obviously don't know one important thing- Tyler Flowers is the second best pitch framer in baseball and Montero ain't the guy in front of him. Those pesky numbers. They only mean something when they support the arguments you're trying to make.

Really, wouldn't you expect a Bull to be involved in a rape more than a Blackhawk?

I would kinda expect that Derrick Rose would bite people too.

Or this case, which is a civil suit buzzer-beating the statute of limitations and kind of questionable, doesn't have that much in common with the Kane case, which is a prompt criminal investigation that by rights will send his ass to prison.
