today, it's sing the praises of the Patriots. Everybody cheats as much as Belicheck, he's just "better at it". They often times pick out the least popular position and bait people to call in...it's too bad, some days this show is still good.

Glad they're discussing this Wall Street Journal article. I hate college football with a passion. The players are weak, miss gaps, miss tackles etc etc. I don't know how anyone can watch NFL and College football and actual enjoy it.

And now this article about the Quarterbacks. You see it happening in the NFL already. These running quarterbacks absolutely cannot adapt. RG3, Kaepernick have not been able to adapt. Look at how good Andrew Luck is. Because he knows the game. I can see Russell Wilson absolutely sucking ass as early as this year. Mariota? I'll eat crow if he's any good.

Yep, no mistakes ever happen at the NFL level.

I feel sorry for people who can't find a way to enjoy both college football and the NFL.

I feel sorry for you. It's even worse that you can't understand why others like it.

Soccer sucks, but I can understand why others like it.

He has to be so grateful Deflategate is over. Successful White Guy vs. Successful White Guy must have been like mommy and daddy getting a divorce.

Don't care why you like it, just like you shouldn't care why I dislike it. It obviously bugs you that I dislike it. Enjoy your college football.

Today's show thread really captures the essence of actually listening to B&B these days.

And where pray-tell do these far superior NFL players come from? The job core? There are 128 Division I teams compared to 32 NFL teams ....there is barely enough talent to keep those 32 competitive

Alright, do you enjoy craft beer? Is it hard for you to understand how someone will grab a Bud Light when 50 other delicious beers are on tap?

No. I'm able to understand that what provides me an enjoyable experience may not be the same for others.

If you read the Wall Street Journal article it will say how there is hardly any coaching in college. Maybe if college coaching was somewhere near the level of the NFL we might have even more superior NFL athletes. As for 32 teams in the NFL, it is excessive, but it's excessive in every major sport. Which is anther topic for another time.

What about all of the recycled coaches in the NFL, seems they have a difficult time finding good coaches also.

Another problem every major sport faces. Sometimes I wonder if it's lazyness on part of management or just complete lack of connections in finding that special coach.
