Pretty quiet in the sports world as far as somebody doing something wrong. And there's no new Kane info that makes Kane look bad. Just stuff that helps his case. So they won't discuss that. Anyway, we just got a "Da Ma Na" from Len Casper. That made me laugh Len: Was Da Ma Na at the ACDC concert? |

Well today we finally get B&B showing their cards. No mention of the sports mockery thing but the hedging has begun. No matter which way the case goes for Kaner we all need to be disgusted by him and the dark Hawks underbelly. They wanted him guilty the entire time. Not prejudging... Right. |

And I don't think that is something that is made up. Doesn't mean he's not guilty. But here's the thing that the SCORE has gotten wrong along with others. We still don't know if she's even accusing Kane. And I know Bernstein has said on several occasions that KANE HAS BEEN ACCUSED OF RAPE. We don't know that for sure. Because all the cops said was "We are investigating an incident that occurred at Patrick Kane's house". That was the only statement they've made. So it was always wrong to say Kane was being investigated. It was absolutely wrong to say Kane has been accused of rape. We don't know that he has been. And it doesn't matter what has been reported. Unless it came directly from the cops you can't say he has been accused of rape. Cuz that's the only official source that matters. |

I learned today that those who aren't immediately vilifying Kane, those who may be waiting for more information before deciding that he is guilty, are simply men (white, I presume) who are afraid of losing their power over women because the culture of rape is being weakened, and that scares them because they've been told all their life that they are superior over women because of their "equipment". I then learned that this is the same for those who are against illegal immigration - that is their power base is weakening. Ergo, white republicans hate Mexicans, but love Kaner. |

I am NOT a lawyer(neither is Dan) and my dad is not a lawyer, but if the so called victim's rape kit has the semen of two guys, that aren't Kane, I guess I would think she is the problem accusing Kane of rape.
