Post subject:  Will Dan confront Ross on his being bad?

I just read on chicagoradioandmedia.com that David Ross will be a weekly guest on Dan and Terry's show. Dan has gone off on Ross being bad and how Jon Lester only wants to throw to him during his starts. I wonder if he will ask Ross: A) how his being bad hurts the club when he's in the line up, and B)if he thinks Lester needs to have other catchers behind the plate when he starts. I agree that Lester needs to be working with other catchers like Montero because as Montero has shown he can provide better defense and more offense than Ross. Dan has gone off on how he doesn't want bad players in the lineup (I agree), but will he have the guts to bring up that subject now that one of those "bad players" is a guest on his show?

I sent David a little reminder of that and other things he might want to gander at before he appears on the show.

Ross doesn't give a shit about Danny, he's just practicing for when he has to do a pre-game manager's show every night, once he retires and moves into a management role someplace.

How many times would he actually appear on the show? Next week could be the only week if the Cubs lose the series, maybe a recap of the series the week after? Game 3-5 is Tuesday-Thursday and the series is over by the end of next weekend. I guess they can get 3-4 appearances if the Cubs go to the WS.

BD, according to the story Ross would be on for the duration of the post season. In essence it would be only a couple of appearances.

As soon as the post season is over, Ross is toast.

Bernstein will light up the flamethrower on Ross and Lester... and Cubs fans, of course.

Well it is time now! The Cubs needed a left handed bat early tonight....( maybe Montero ) 176 batting average, but he is Lesters personal Valet..... What do we know.....
