No one will call in to say it was a statement game for the Bulls last night, but you'd best believe Danny will be calling "everyone on Twitter" idiots for saying it was. It is always compelling radio when the host yells at people who don't exist. I also think he will yell at "people on Twitter" who think the POTUS should spend his time doing things other than attending a basketball game. Meanwhile, that idiot Ned Yost is 3 wins away from winning a World Series. he. doesn't. deserve. it. Just look at the metrics!

Let's see if the boys can start their climb out of eight place beginning today.

It is "Scarecrow season!"

Yost pitching Chris Young last nite in relief will be mocked if not at least questioned...though if Joe Almighty had done it would be deemed BRILLIANT!!

huh? what was the statement? as it's been proven the bulls can be within 10secs of going up 3-1 in a 7 game series and it doesnt matter. despite lebron's big shot in the bulls series last season he isnt exactly known as a clutch guy, and go figure for game 1/82 he wasnt that when it mattered.

i believe i said yesterday bulls win an emphatic game that means nothing in the big picture. nice win for the bulls, nice that rose isnt out for 4-12 weeks after his early injury, and nice to see some flow on offense cuz while defense is all fine and good you still win the game by outscoring the other team, and i'll take offense over defense when it comes down to it (tho obviously i'd prefer both)

ah well, i'm sure dan's strawman (did i use this in the right context? an imaginary person/concept to argue against?) will be there and he'll relish the opportunity to educate us as to what we're supposed to take away from a sporting event.... man i had no idea how i watched sports b4 dan bernstein but now idk what i'd do without him!

Is this one of those times (I think they are all those times...) where if the Cavaliers win it's a testament to the greatness of LeBron James but if the Bulls win it doesn't mean anything and 1) you're an idiot if you think it does and 2) OMG IT'S NOT EVEN THAT because you're also probably an idiot if you had the temerity to enjoy the win on any level.

The other thing we learned last night is if your woman purchases a dildo to be used for your elaborate gangbangs, you need to reimburse her, man. There's nothing more selfish than making her buy her own double headed warrior with her own money.

I don't know. You're asking the wrong people. This is CSFMB, not Twitter.

How do the SJWs feel about that? Have any of them packed up their Bulls gear and voiced their disappointment in Chairman Reinsdorf for facilitating...such...things?

Danny and Big Cat interesting today discussing Hardy. Big Cat is a man and Danny is a modern man.

Big Cat is doing everything but telling Dan he never played football and therefore, shut up.

Very interesting. I have to say I agree with Dan more, but James is a football player and I am not.

Dan is a huge Pussy, I bet he never said shit when LBJ shoved Splostra out of his way and punked him on National TV. But because its football its different than hoops? Hypocritical little pussy.

So, according to Bernstein, its not wrong for the Cowboys to hire a wife beating/coach shoving dickweed, but Brandon Marshall had to go because he called an absurd press conference (even though he lauded the decision to trade for Marshall to begin with)?

Which side of this talent vs. character debate does he really land on? Or is this bs his attempt at "good" radio?

Oh Jesus... Per Dan's "source/s" pace and fox STILL have extra security cuz of Ratliff!

HELP!!!! THIS DISGRUNTLED MILLIONAIRE IS GONNA GET ME!!! ANYTIME I SEE A RANGE ROVER WITH AFTERMARKET RIMS MY HEART SKIPS A BEAT!!!!!

goddamn man, you know the bears are using dan's "source" to put it out there that Ratliff had "multiple incidents" and "they still fear for their lives" cuz if the bears go win 2-3 in a row and are sitting at .500/+ they don't want ppl to be like "why would you cut one of your better d-linemen when you have a shot at the wild card? It's the NFL and it's d-linemen so you're ALWAYS dealing with large angry men here!!"

...And the bears already know Dan will do their
undercover PR like when they decided to get rid of their #1 WR and have Dan run a smear campaign for most of the season to grease the skids so when they dumped him off for a pittance it was like "well he was a psycho lockerroom cancer.... Didn't you hear what Bernstein was saying all year?"

So yeah, Dan is LITERALLY AND FIGURATIVELY an "useful idiot" =]

I'm confused by something. 2 weeks ago Dan was saying how Jose Bautista's bat flip was "true/real emotion" and you're an old white racist if you don't agree.

It was fun but over the top.

This week Greg Hardy is showing what I believe to be "true/real emotion." Now he's a big crazy black man that needs to be in prison.

Again, over the top but to me not a big deal.

So, where is the line Dan? I agree you shouldn't be bumping coaches but at the same time YOU HIT PEOPLE FOR A LIVING.

One dude flipped a bat, the other smacked the playbook out of a coach's hands and had to be restrained by his teammates. Not exactly the same thing.

Flipping a bat and flipping a person are just a tad different.

I think Bautista would have had to actually flip the first-baseman for those to be equivalent.

Not against it. Might be a cool new-school baseball celebration.

There's no correlating the two, nor is Dan doing so.

Transition for me got mercifully interrupted but not before Jason put the question to Dan as to why he couldn't give a prediction on who would win the night's baseball game (he said he didn't know but that wasn't the answer to the question). When I got back I heard first Terry say he didn't watch the Bulls game as he was watching baseball, and there are another 81 opportunities to catch them. Dan went on to make some statements about what he saw and what has changed, and then Terry started to chime in on what the Bulls were doing. One guy tells Bulls fans about the importance of one game (the first game) but then goes on to tell the importance of what they did, another guy says he didn't watch but has ample complimentary thoughts to the discussion.
