Tim Graham, our should we call him “star reporter for the accuser,” was briefly the lead media source for information on the case before releasing a multitude of rumors prematurely advocating Kane’s guilt.

Now that everybody was convinced that Kane likely raped somebody in his home on the morning of August 2nd, thanks to Graham, the public wanted more information. The only information they received was more false rumors.

Kane was already painted into a corner as a potential rapist, the accuser was allegedly physically harmed and some Blackhawks fans lost hope. Others, called bullshit.

The only person, Croce, to publicly support Kane was immediately discredited by Graham which prevented Kane from getting any positive news coverage.

Not only did Graham’s tweet discredit the bar owner, it now introduced a possibility of lying and someone corrupting statements in the case. Graham perpetrated a belief that the bar owner’s comments were made for his own personal gain, to protect Kane. Therefore, it negated the positive report and made people think a conspiracy to protect Kane could be underway. If there’s a conspiracy to protect Kane, he must be guilty, right? That’s what Graham made the public think.

The public took notice and people started questioning Graham’s motives, it was clear he was bias against Kane since the start.

The next report in The Buffalo News that Graham’s name appeared on was another pro-accuser story. According to the Buffalo News, the accuser never even wanted to go to Kane’s house, it was her friend.

“It was a mutual agreement to go hang out at the house,” English said. FINALLY, a positive report for Kane. Right?

Wrong.

Paul Cambria was expected to represent Kane in this matter. Cambria had represented Kane in the past and is known as one of the nation’s best defense lawyers. Upon hearing this news, what did Graham do? Introduce more conspiracy suggesting Cambria wouldn’t be able to represent Kane because he was partying with him that night at SkyBar. This made people think that Kane would need to find a new lawyer for this case, seemingly making it harder for him to win.

So … if Kane’s attorney was partying with him that night too – then he would obviously do what it takes to protect him. Right?

This made the accuser look like the truthful party yet again considering Kane’s expected attorney wouldn’t even be able to represent him according to Graham.

Notice the pattern yet???

Graham was clearly rooting for a grand jury to hear the trial, mainly because he presumed Kane was guilty. That was apparent by his reporting.

Not only did Graham’s “reporting,” and rumors, continue to fuel an ongoing public debate on Kane’s guilt,

it also drove a feminist up-rising against #88.

The last time we posted our “score,” based on favorable media reporting during this investigation, it was accuser = 7, Kane = 0. If you use what was #Wrong in Graham’s reporting, and tally those points to Kane, the final score should have been accuser = 1, Kane = 5. Here’s why.

It was very difficult for all of us Mr. Cambria, and that’s mainly because Tim Graham wanted to see Kane burned at the stake.

That is the same as saying Kane is guilty.

I'm sure he he has some of his hardcore fan s believing that Bernstein was a strong voice for shining light on the rape culture (blah, blah, blah), etc, and the outcome of this case doesn't even matter because of the quality work he was doing. This board has followed this story pretty well, and it's been almost perfect consensus that Bernstein was promoting this women's innocence and Kane's guilt, not matter what words he used.

the use of "Mr."s really give SportsMockery credibility IMO
