Terry dropped another hint that he's about to retire. We've been speculating for a year that it will be after the Super Bowl. As Terry has hinted at that.

So, it's clear he's not going to officially say that he's gonna retire. Maybe not until his last week. That's typical Terry style. He's never been the type that wants the attention. Nor would anybody really want to celebrate him.

But this is CSFMB. So we have to do it.

Give your favorite Terry moments. We only have about 6 more weeks of him. Less than that since he's taking off for the holidays.

Mentioned before, but one of my favorites was when Rusty in Stickney called back after the original "Larry Horse" call, and he claimed that his friends has been giving him a ribbing over the whole situation. Terry then says "change your condom".

I've told this one before. But Terry had a great Zinger for Zaidman.

It was during the Bears Super Bowl week. Remember Zack was hitting on that famous swimmer? I forget her name. Anyway, B&B were giving it to Zack about it. The following exchange happened.

Terry: So you're good with the ladies, huh, Zack? They like you?

Zack: Well, Terry, you have to understand, I have the gift of gab. Women love that.

Terry: That's great, Zack. Because you weren't given the gift of face.

Zack:  (Long pause before he said something else. You could tell Zack was seething over that insult. You could feel it.)

I have always lived by the belief that it is better to leave five minutes too early and have everyone wish you had stayed than leave five minutes too late and have everyone wish you were gone.

However, if they were going to pay me 500K, I'd be willing to change. I don't see how any of these guys can retire. What is it that he is retiring from? His job is an excuse to get out of the house (and sometimes not even that).

For me, any favorite Terry Boers moments would have happened during the Heavy Fuel Crew days when he was lively and engaged, willing to express thoughts of his own, and did not hesitate to disagree with his cohost.

I thought Dan (McNeil) and Terry were hilarious together, but that was so long ago I can't think of any examples right now.

Those P.J. Diddlers commercials cracked me up. There has been too many Boers funny moments to keep track of. I've said it on here before, him & Dan are two of the funniest guys I ever listened to. It still stands true when they are not on the soapbox.

There are many, but one of my favorites is when discussing the Olympics he said that if they were being held in his back yard he would close the blinds

Oh, that was a classic for sure.

A recent classic was when they were listening to the A.J. McCarron callers and he said "close your legs and read a book."

Terry was great back when the score was politically incorrect and before he got castrated by burns.I miss TB Diddlers and Terrys blue humor, but most of all, I miss the real Terry before he said fuck it and decided to just agree with everything Dan says.

If you paid me $500k a year I would sit a home and talk until the funeral home came and picked up my body.

I don't have any. He retired at least 5 years ago, but he's probably smarter than the rest of us. Somehow, this lazy, uninformed moron is cashing in 500K a year. Gotta give him credit for fooling his bosses.

Get ready, if he is retiring soon, to a ton of fake emotion from strange people like Holmes.

Terry was the recipient of the greatest "crap" I ever heard.

Was that when someone mentioned Murph and he declined to respond, saying something like "I'm too close to the end"?

One of my favorite lines from Terry was back when the old lady was suing McDonald's over the coffee spilled between her legs, and Terry said it was probably the first time she'd felt something hot down there in years.

Correct, I dont blame Terry for them paying him as a Star when he is nothing more than a sidekick commenting once every 20 mins and I am not even sure thats on the menu these days?

At a remote, Terry told the story of Santo coming up to him at a wedding and telling him that he was an asshole.

Funny. Even he understood the unimaginability of he or Dan confronting another human face to face when they can make smarmy insinuations on the radio.

His retirement isn't coming after the Super Bowl, but at the end of next year. Danny said "we'll see you in the next year", and Terry said something like, "it will be an interesting year, I can tell you that". Implying that he'll be around for most of 2016.

The story he told about being in Detroit and his future boss asking him about what and if he brought his lunch to work was epic. Never laughed so hard.

I'm old enough to remember Terry on Sunday late afternoons on WGN sitting in with the original Sportswriters. He was pretty funny back then, and actually had good content. When Terry is on without Dan, and actually has to sort of drive the show, he's still pretty good and can have a couple of thoughts.

Terry's tribute to Bill Jauss when Bill died was very good.

I have some relatives who are acquaintances of Terry. There's a story out there that Terry claimed (not on the air) that Mike Tyson was gay, and that his lover was a white TV star. The whole transformation of Bernstein into SQN-gay-friendly must kill Terry.

At the end of the day, of all the people on the Score right now, the only one I'd want to go out for a beverage and an Italian Beef with would be Terry.
