Dan Bernstein and Terry Boers will attempt to educate you all on why you should ignore Joakim Noah because he sucked. If you want to be smarter, listen to this show. Also, there will be slight mentions of Lebron getting wang whipped last night. |

dan does an excellent job of finding inane details of local media coverage then getting enraged over it for 5 hours a day.... terry says... "that sounds about right" and or "thats what my guy says too" |

I get the making fun of some over the top types but I do not believe I know of a person that hates where they are from more than Dan. Whether it is US stuff or Chicago sucks it is dumb trolling for stupid callers. |

It almost feels like he should be banished to eternity in that backwoods hell known as North Carolina where he went to college. Either that, or doing mid-day talk radio in Kansas. Not sports. Politics. |

I don't blame bernstein because he obviously doesn't know the NBA existed before Jordan, but Terry has no fucking excuse. You're gonna talk about Curry and call him a "unicorn" and then suddenly Ben Gordon is in the conversation? Ben Gordon???? Curry is a great player, but there have been many similar guys. Does bernstein even know who Calvin Murphy is? I doubt it. Shit, I think Tiny Archibald led the league in scoring and assists one season. |

Bernstein tells the dullest stories of any guy I've ever heard who has been around athletes for decades. In trying to tell a Scott Skiles story, the first question has to be: is this story better than the ones everyone could see on tv, like when he clowned Antoine Joubert(?) or Shaq? Chasing a scared Crawford into 5 degree weather @the Berto Center doesn't fit the bill. Then Captain No Salt doubles down and tells a DiMaggio/Bach story that tells us nothing about Bach and nothing new (or interesting about) DiMaggio. Maybe he needs a little time at the feet of JORR. |

Maybe I'm off on this one, but iirc Pistol Pete was a helluva scorer & ball handler & not too much less athletic. I know his FG% and assist numbers had to be much lower than Curry's, but if Pistol Pete (soberly) played in the 3pt era he would have to have been in the discussion. |

Yeah, Maravich- there's a guy who is a spot on comp for Curry. |

Not listening, but what does Ben Gordon have to do with anything? Also, and this probably is mostly because of the 3 point line, and innovations in the game since it was introduced, but there have not been any players similar to Steph Curry before. |

I was half listening BUT all he really said is that Gordon had a brief-ish stretch at one point (how long I don't recall .. a few months maybe?) where his play and contribution were somewhat similar, with deference given to his size. He was not, on any level, trying to directly compare the two, nor was he trying to put Gordon in any favorable light with respect to his career. |
