So the Bulls are going to win tonight because of it. That's what Bernstein says.

Bernstein amazes me. He said he got info of Heat players at a Chicago bar last night. And he cryptically insinuates that they won't play well tonight because of it. He's very joyful about this scoop. NBA players were drinking last night? Oh my God!!!! :shock:

Really? Bunch of basketball players were at a Chicago bar last night. THE GAME IS AT 7pm TONIGHT!!!!! So what? They'll be fine. Jesus Christ. They wake up, down some Gatorade, maybe take another nap later in the afternoon, then they wang whip the Bulls tonight.

If the Heat win or lose it will have nothing to do with last night. But if they lose, Bernstein will say "I told ya". If they win, he'll say nothing.

I'm gonna defend Matt Abbatacola here. He got is nickname "Drinky" for a reason.

Yet, after his daily benders, I never question his ability to answer the phone, speak poorly, tell bad jokes and say stupid things at his job the next day.

Put it this way, the good NBA teams win 50-60 games every year. Every year 5-10 teams do this. The Bulls won 72 games one year. You telling me that Bulls team was in bed by 10pm on their days off before games and never went out after games? Some how they won.

Some how every year there are 50 to 60 win teams when they, wait for it Bernstein, drink the night before a 7pm game on their off days. :shock:

Sometimes I think Bernstein associates others drinking to himself. Where 2 glasses of wine has little Danny passed out with a headache the next day.

THESE ARE WANG WHIPPERS, DANNY. They can handle a few drinks the night before a 7pm game. They can handle that, smoking up and banging a hooker. The great ones will still drop 50 on you!!!!

Its not that he doesnt drink...he doesnt regularily drink and probably doesnt love alcholic beverages....I know he doesnt go out very much, just got married (worst move ever) and he probably did go out with some guys on the team and maybe he had a few and if the guy doesnt drink, then yes a few would have a big impact...

Regardless, what a pussy Bernstein even is for reporting either, as if they are news.

47 year old man "reporting" that he heard a 23 year old Baseball or basketball player was out drinking....Oooohhhhh.......

Such a sad state of affairs of what the Score has evolved into.

It used to actually be the hosts talking about themselves going out and having a great time,DRINKING (and other stuff)meeting people, great events, now its coffee clutch with the mini Bettman Bobblehead look alike.

Mully and Hanley always willing to do something, some kind of event, Goff actually would be the one most likely to want to do something, and then the rest...gone 1 minsafter the show.

He was taken out a couple times in the Spring for flu-like symptoms, but there is zero evidence it was from drinking. That's just an assumption Bernstein jumped on to look like he's in the know. SOP.

It's a little strange to get flu-like symptoms multiple times in a few weeks.
