As listners are we better off with Mully & Hanley and
Larry Holmes or not????????It seems M&H are having a rough time of filling 4 hours and Holmes is like listening to a Jim Rose sportcast!

I love it. Great show. No stupidity. Stupity is not entertainment unless you're a moron. They will get better too. Mully and Hanley is Chicago's best radio show!

I'm happy with Mully and Hanley. Haven't had a long enough sampling of Larry. We need to get rid of the guests before deciding what he can do with a 2-hour show.

I like Mully and Hanley a lot in the morning. Just plain sports talk. No bells and whistles, no bullshit about what they or their friends are doing. If you want that listen to Dahl. He'll tell you the length and width of each of his kids' bowel movements. I just want to hear sports and I get that with M&H. LoHo needs to drop the school marm Q&A format. It is a crutch he relies on that is pretty annoying and not at all informative.

Mully and Hanley are doing fine; L Holmes needs a co-host. He works better when he can talk to someone, versus talking in circles.

I like listening to local sports talk in the morning. I get that from M&H.

I like M&H, if only for the fact that the first update of the day doesn't take 15 minutes and they don't fuck around with a five minute intro before that...

i've been tuning in to M&H at around 8am each morniing, and the show's been great. when they do stray into off-topic territory, it's usually interesting stuff re: the paper or covering athletes in the past, which appeals to me a lot more than (like everyone's been saying) the personal topics some hosts get into, or the bland fare on espn. i'm into it, and i hope they're here to stay.

Good.

No more Connie Francis interviews.

No more Natalie Holloway (sp?) impersonations.

No Real Estate Game.

No interviews with Rat Pack wannabes.

I've heard George do updates, but haven't heard news and traffic. Are those still running? If so, who is reading the news?

I've really enjoyed the Mully and Hanley Morning Show! Actual straight-forward sports talk; what a concept! I certainly don't miss the political discussions and nontopical discussions with racial overtones. Good riddance!

I do agree with others that Holmes needs a steady partner (on air) to help him through the show.
